“Picked the letterbox flowers I needed with only an 18 hour window. Delivery was excellent the delivery by Royal Mail (plus points here) next day within the time frame I had. Flowers were excellent though did look some what sad BUT, within an hour or two in a vase of water revived beautifully, exactly as said in the ifo booklet in the delivery box. Very happy with service and flowers, which are still going strong since delivery 9 days ago. Will use this company again. Thank you.”

“A friend sent me a bouquet of beautiful flowers from yourself it was a joy to watch them come into bloom. When she was not well I sent her a bouquet from yourselves and so glad I did she loved them and showed me updates of the lovely flowers coming out. I will certainly use Bloom and Wild again.”

“As with other online ordering of flowers, what you receive never looks anything like the photos. Interflora are awful and can’t say Bloom and Wild aremuch better. Disappointing.”

Hello there, Thank you for getting in touch. I am truly sorry to hear about your disappointment with the blooms delivered, especially considering this was intended to brighten your recipient's day. Judging from your image, some of the flowers arrive still in bud, as we work directly with our own growers. This means the flowers come straight from the field to our florist’s studio and are delivered from there to you or the recipient. The flowers are therefore incredibly fresh. As a result, the bouquet may look slightly less colourful and slimmer than expected immediately upon arrival. However, because they are only just beginning to bloom, our flowers can provide enjoyment for a particularly long time. I would therefore ask you to wait a few more days. Hopefully, you will be able to see the bouquet becoming more beautiful and fuller day by day.
