I'm extremely disappointed with Bloom and Wild, a company that I have used for many years when sending flowers to loved ones (hence the two star rating and not one star which they deserve) However on this most recent occasion (Mother's Day) I was sent photo's of the flowers received, some damaged and even some without flower heads (just stems) I appreciate such things occur and contacted Bloom and Wild through their website mechanism (so i could upload the photo's for reference) firstly on the (9th March - the flowers were send in advance of Mothers Day) and when I received no response, I tried once again on the 14th March. I am still yet to receive any form of response or acknowledgement from their customer services, to which is simply unacceptable. I won't be chasing them further and subsequently will not use the company again, nor will my family members who I have told about this scenario. Very poor customer service.
