“I was sent a letter box present and to my dismay I thought the flowers had died in transit. Never the less I followed the instructions and within 2/3 days I had a vase full of beautiful flowers. Since then I've been a convert , spreading the word to anyone who might be interested and obviously buying them myself. You do a wonderful job, spreading joy and happiness far and wide. What could be nicer than receiving a magnificent bouquet in the post.”

“Have always had very good experience and flowers have been great. But this time delivery was 4 days late, and a Royal Mail fault, but communication from Bloom and Wild was very poor and I had to do all the chasing to find out where it was. Another bouquet was sent but again comms was limited. Second bouquet arrived on time and was lovely.”
