“Was extremely disappointed that after saying clearly on the order - in capital letters - do not leave the flowers outside, that’s exactly what they did do - in 28 degree heat - some of the flowers had died used by the time they were discovered. I’m really annoyed about this and about the fact that the delivery window is approx 12 hrs - as flowers are usually a surprise you say to someone stay in all day for a delivery they aren’t expecting. I really think this is something you should look into. I was sent flowers via you, they were delivered to the wrong address- left outside and we had to track them down from the photo. I would have to seriously think about whether to order in future if this is delivery option.”

“I have ordered from Bloom and Wild for many years and they never disappoint. The flowers are always beautiful and arrive well packaged. If I have ever had an issue it has always been rectified quickly and with such ease. I was super delighted to recieve a very generous discount code for my birthday so treated myself to flowers for once instead of gifting to someone else. Unfortunately they didn't last as long because of the crazy heat this week but I know typically their longevity is second to none as anyone I have ever gifted to has raved about this.”

“Ive ordered a few times now and the service has always been excellent. Flowers arrive when expected and are simply beautiful. They last much longer than shop bought bouquets and everyone I've sent them to has gushed about them. Would highly recommend and will definitely order in future.”

“I've used B&W for flower deliveries before now (always much appreciated by the recipients), but was looking to send mail-order brownies to a friend who is going through a rather exasperating time with her house sale / purchase. When, in a recent message to update me, she said "send brownies!" I decided to do them for real rather than virtual... The cherry brownies were despatched very fast (reached her the following day on the free postage option), and when I asked her opinion, she reported back: "They were bloody delicious 😋 😍 Very good choice on flavour too xxx". Oh, and I loved the message enclosed, too (see photo). Top marks and will use again!!”
