“Hello. I thought I'd already done this but here goes again...my friend was very pleased with her flowers she commented on the fact that they were still in bud but had a lovely perfume. The only puzzle was that they said 'chocolates' were with the flowers and not Blondies. The blondies looked more like square slices, can you confirm. Thanks Margaret”

“I received a bouquet when I was unwell, they were so lovely I decided to send similar to a friend to cheer her up. As you might know, the flowers arrive looking a bit odd, I warned my friend fearing she might not read instructions! She too was thrilled with the flowers. Your product is really excellent.”

“Unfortunately I was very disappointed this time as I ordered a lovely bouquet for my daughter & husband with 2 cocktails to celebrate the birth of their new baby but it arrived not only a day late but very late the next day. I was staying with them to help out & had hoped it would arrive while I was with them but it didn't. The flowers survived but the greenery didn't. Also when my daughter gave birth to her first child 3 years ago the same thing happened but worse as the delivery was much later & the flowers hadn't survived. I did get a refund & understand it isn't your fault but royal mail. I guess I've been unlucky but both experiences have put me off ordering again at least for a while. On both occasions my daughter had asked if I would order flowers for her to celebrate the birth of her babies & I said I would but on both occasions as they didn't arrive on the day I was with her she thought I'd forgotten her request & I ended up telling her I had ordered but the order was late which spoiled the surprise.”
