“I ordered flowers from Bloom & Wild to send to my nephew and his partner to celebrate the arrival of their new baby. I chose Bloom & Wild after seeing it recommended, so I was expecting a beautiful, fresh and impressive bouquet. I paid £40 for this bouquet and the vase, so I was extremely disappointed when I visited my nephew today and saw what had actually been delivered. As you can see from the photo, the bouquet looks quite sparse and uneven, with several flowers still tightly closed and the overall presentation falling well short of what I expected for £40. The vase also feels very basic and certainly didn’t make the arrangement look any more special. I appreciate that flowers are a natural product and that some buds will be unopened when delivered. However, when someone spends £40 on flowers to celebrate the arrival of a new baby, I think it is reasonable to expect a bouquet that looks fresh, full and special. I was honestly embarrassed when I saw them, particularly as I had chosen Bloom & Wild based on recommendations. In all honesty, I have seen flowers from our local Co-op that look fresher and much better presented. This was supposed to be a special and memorable gesture for my nephew and his partner at a very happy time. Unfortunately, the flowers I paid £40 for did not give the impression of a £40 bouquet, and I was left feeling very disappointed and embarrassed. I’m sharing the photo so that other customers can see for themselves what was delivered and make an informed decision before spending their money on an important occasion.”

“When the flowers first arrived, I was a bit worried as although it says they come In bud and will develop over a couple of days, mine looked very sorry for themselves. By day 2 they were beautiful! And still going strong 8 days later, very impressed and will be ordering again”

“I ordered the flowers for my sister-in law's birthday and to welcome her back from her mini-break. The flowers arrived on the chosen day, even though it was a weekend, and she has sent me a photograph showing how lovely and fresh the arrangement looked. I can't comment on who made the delivery as the recipient was out when the delivery arrived and the flowers were left in a safe pace.”
