Arrived on time on the right day. 24th Jan 24. Plant looked reasonable. Now looking rather sad and it's only been 8 days. Will Not use again

Having been given a £50 voucher as a Christmas present , I was delighted. I choose two different bunches to be sent and also money off as a first time customer. This proved extremely difficult to do on the computer, so I rang customer services. The lady there also had problems, I was on the phone 30 minutes as she tried and tried again to sort it out. Realising this was not working she said she would ring me back, which she did. Very frustrating for what was supposed to be a simple procedure. However, the flowers are nice.

Order has never arrived. Very disappointed because it was for a special birthday. However customer service team & later chat bot helpful. However I’m still considering whether I will order again from you. Thank you

Disappointed with delivery as I ordered on 29th December for next day delivery and they didn't arrive until 3rd January. Flowers were good.

I have made a number of orders in the past but it was very difficult recently to communicate with Bloom & Wild when I had an issue with an order. Generally the letterbox flowers are lovely. But I do not rate the small bright bouquets, at £19, they are not worth the cost charged.

I bought an expensive bunch of flowers for my mum for Christmas and as a thank you. Unfortunately when they arrived the box was damaged and open and some of the flowers were also damaged which had to be thrown away. My mum didn’t think to take pictures of the way they arrived so I couldn’t complain but as you have asked me for a review I thought I should mention it. Apart from the above what was left were beautiful

Ordered wasn’t delivered on date it was 2 days later and flowers weren’t as fresh bit disappointed as it was a Christmas gift. Some of the flowers were dried up. The Royal Mail not good for delivery they obviously would know it was flowers

The flowers were delivered on the day but as the recipient lives in a block of flats and she was at work, the delivery man took them back for delivery the next day! No card was left, the next day I rang her and she informed me she hadn't received any flowers, she left work at 14.00 but no flowers had yet been delivered. I rang her again that evening as she hadn't received the flowers, she checked the foyer and they had been left for anyone to take! no card was put through her door and her flat was had not been buzzed! I think you should look at how your flowers are being delivered? My friend was pleased with her flowers but they were a little droopy!!

Hi I found the ordering and delivery process great, however the bouquet my auntie received was a little disappointing and didn’t contain many blooms. The quality of the product was not quite there for me this time.

Delivery driver did not post through the letterbox flowers through the letterbox. Flowers did reach the recipient for days after delivery as the neighbours took them in. They are now dying.

I am sure they were beautiful when they left you, but when they reached the recipient they were wilted and battered. Fortunately, the recipient has a good sense of humour and knows it is the thought that counts. Such a shame.

Felt disappointed that my 2nd order only for a special thank you arrived a day late despite ordering well in advance, & arrived in a sorry state when I wanted to create an immediate good impression. The idea of putting them in water & hoping they eventually perk up somehow misses the point!

I am so sorry to hear that the bouquet didn't arrive on the selected delivery date and the blooms didn't quite look as expected on arrival. We send all of our flowers out in bud to ensure they're fresh, and allows the recipient the chance to watch the bouquet bloom beautifully over the duration of a week. Upon arrival, the stems will just require a trim and 24 hours in a vase of water to perk up and rehydrate from their journey. I can see that my colleague has popped you an email across yesterday afternoon. The top of the range bouquet sent to a friend in bereavement did not look like the picture of the ones i ordered. They were not available for 3 days and then a day later than suggested for delivery.

Unfortunately my order which was a 90th Birthday gift was not delivered on the day requested but the day after. I was advised it would be delivered on the correct day only to be advised on that day that it had gone to the wrong sorting office and wouldn't be delivered until the day after. I didn't pay for guaranteed delivery as I thought at this time of year it wouldn't be a problem. This will not stop me from using you again, it was just very disappointing.

I sent it as a birthday surprise for a friend. Although I had an email to say they were going to be delivered on the day I requested they did not arrive until 3 days later. So not happy with the delivery. I have been told that the flowers were lovely though

I have used your company a number of times in the past however on this occasion I was badly let down. A £38 bouquet for a very good friend arrived looking like they had been in a bin for days. I was disappointed as was my friend who was also embarrassed to let me know. I have received a credit on my account so I hope things improve next time.

Ordered on Wednesday 4pm and received 2 days later. Flowers okay but not great, I know they said they would revive after water but still not as nice as previous orders or other retailers.
