Having been given a £50 voucher as a Christmas present , I was delighted. I choose two different bunches to be sent and also money off as a first time customer. This proved extremely difficult to do on the computer, so I rang customer services. The lady there also had problems, I was on the phone 30 minutes as she tried and tried again to sort it out. Realising this was not working she said she would ring me back, which she did. Very frustrating for what was supposed to be a simple procedure. However, the flowers are nice.
