“We purchased the Perfect fit blinds for our kitchen which are wonderful. Easy to fit and look amazing. Looking back the only think I would have done differently would be to get a sample of the blinds as they are much much lighter than I thought.”

“Due to Covid there was a slight delay in receiving the blinds (which was understandable) but they arrived well packaged, intact, and were installed very easily. The only fault, if there is one, is that if you want to add the front fascia covering to a 'within opening' scenario I couldn't seem to do that as the clear plastic clips fouled with the ceiling above.”

“I placed an order of blinds for my coffee shop which I refurbished during its closure through the Covid-19 pandemic. I waited a week later than scheduled for my order and when it came one of the blinds had a large snag in the fabric and another was sent with the wrong size brackets. This in itself wasn't an issue as things happen. However, I have sent several emails, tried to call and tried to make contact on live chat and have had no response for weeks. I still have a blind I can't put up and one that is damaged and I have now re-opened my shop so it looks ridiculous. So all in all extremely poor customer care and communication.”

“I am not rating you. You have sent the wrong length of blind and failed to respond to my e-mails on two occasions. Very poor quality and non existent customer care. Don't bother with this company.”

“Excellent service . Swatches arrived within a couple of days. Easy to complete order form . Informed of delivery date . Blinds arrived within a few weeks even during Lockdown. Very easy to install took about 20 mins . Blinds fitted perfectly . Would certainly use Blinds 2go again .”
