“Great service! Ordered two different the types of blinds, look beautiful! Easy to fit following the instructions Only downside - part of the second set was delivered at a different address... Thanks to a neighbour, we got it at the end.”

“slight damage to goods. dimensions given were not met exactly and there is a 75 mm discrepency in the height of the blinds because of the box fitting which should have been explained when ordering the product. took a lot longer to arrive than i thought they would.”

“Roller blinds have arrived, both of them are too small, through no fault of mine. I gave them the exact measurements of the window. Totally refused a refund, would not give me a phone number to call. I sent photos to confirm window sizes I gave were correct. They emailed me back and told me to ring the customer service to order replacement ones and they would give me a discount. Why would I give them more money when I would be ordering blinds in exactly the same size. I would have given no stars but there is no option. They don’t even make the blinds both of mine come from different companies. I am going to get in touch with trading standards tomorrow, their reply to this was basically good luck. Don’t bother buying from these lot.”

“Not the cheapest blinds but worth the extra. I was kept informed of progress with my order and delivery timescles were good. Easy to fit but I think the instructions should state that the centre bracket (if needed) doesn't fit the centr of the blind as it obstructs the mechanism. Would have given 5 stars but still waiting for my blinds to drop the final inch to the window cill.”

“This is the second time I have used blinds 2go. This time I ordered a roman blind. It arrived before the date that it was due. It is beautifully made. It came with clear instructions. It was well packaged. Overall a great all round experience. I will be buying again from them.”

“I have ordered 3 sets of shutters from blinds 2 go, all of which were horrendously damaged in literally hundreds of ways. The worst one having an entire corner smashed off. I’ve never seen such appalling quality in my life. They were all missing numerous parts in the fixings kit, and all delayed for weeks without being given a reason. I will not be using ever again. I would add photos but for some reason I'm unable to.”

“ordered some venetian faux wood samples and then picked the one we wanted.measured the 4 windows to be done as per guide and ordered the blinds,it took a few weeks for the blinds to be made(under the current lock down situation)was informed when they were made and ready to be delivered.delivered and well packed and simple to put up they all fit perfect and we are highly satisfied with the quality and price.”

“Had some roman blinds from them in the past and they were very good, so when I needed a new one for my bathroom window I assumed it would be the same quality. Sadly it is not. It is flimsy and feels very cheap. It wasn't cheap - £60 for a very small window. I was going to order for my living room at the same time, so I'm glad I held back as it would have been a few hundred pounds wasted.”

“First found Blinds 2go online when looking for blinds for our Velux Roof Wndows and was impressed at quality and price. Looked at them again when looking for Day & Night blinds for 4 windows of different sizes where exact sizes were necessary. Blinds 2go manufactured them to the millimeter. The free samples available to us made it easy to select the finishes we wished. Very impressed again and would use them again.”
