“The blind I ordered took over 3 weeks to be sent to the factory for manufacture. Nearly a month after ordering the blind arrived and although the frame and blind fitted perfectly the brackets provided were not the correct size. Blinds2go are not answering customer phone calls and insisting upon an e-mail and then contacting customers shortly. At the time of writing, I have yet to receive a response. Very Poor.”

“Really pleased with the quality of these blinds, they are brilliant as always. Did want to raise that 2/4 of the boxes were badly battered when they arrived, one hanging apart so the delivery service (dpx) was a big disappointment. The driver Luckily was friendly and reasonable about this and allowed me to check over the items inside to make sure they weren’t damaged (since the box was so battered it was actually opened). Glad it was packaged well.”

“I have used Blinds 2go many times now over the last few years and I must say that I find them very easy to use and the products are decent and easy to install and I’m not much of a diy person at all so found this this stuff really easy.”

“Ordered blinds from here a few years ago they were excellent however the quality of the blind I just bought was very poor. Really cheap and nasty looking, can’t see it lasting. No instructions included on how to fit, very poor quality fittings. Also took a long time to deliver.”
