“I am very happy with your product's as this is the 2nd blind I have purchased from you and would recommend you. However, after the 1st blind arrived I contacted customer services to request blind pully chain stopper's to prevent over rolling or dragging on window board, your assistant said he would send them in the post. “Took a while, not taken it out the box yet as in the middle of covid19. Can't stand to keep giving a review. But anyway the 2go website said it was being quality checked for around two weeks. When fitted no end stop for my type of blind so very unsightly, customer services told me to order some on eBay.. unbelievable”

“One of my best ever buys! The Perfect Fit venetian blinds are great on the door going to my garden. They fit nicely to the frame of the door and are slim built. The system also works smoothly. I waited 4 weeks for them, as stated in the order. Overall fantastic experience!”

“Bind is great quality, the perfect size and easy to fit. Unfortunately the communication of Blinds 2go is pretty poor. They are happy to take your money, then they do nothing to set your expectations in terms of delivery. Just really vague dates that bear no resemblance to the actual experience. It's not hard to keep customers updated, if there are delays tell us proactively. Set our expectations. Great product soured by poor customer experience.”

“Blinds are excellent and always great quality and would definitely recommend the products. Only niggle was we have ordered exactly the same blinds three times in the last 2 months and the price has been different each time with costs going up during the Covid-19 time frame which is somewhat understandable but still disappointing.”
