“Brackets very poor, experienced DIY person has fitted these blinds when opening / closing the blinds the blind pops out of its bracket occasionally.”

“TRADING STANDARDS +DISMISSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ordered wooden blinds expecting the ends of the blinds to be stained the same as the rest - as per the images they show on the website. Nowhere in their FINER DETAIL section do they tell you that the ends of the blinds will not be stained. So I email politely. Here is response one: Good morning, Thank you for your email. The blind ends aren't painted as standard, this needs to be added to the order as a product adjustment by a member of our team and there is an extra cost per blind. If there is anything further i can advise on, please let me know. I then query back as to where, in the ordering process, it flags up that the ends of the blinds are not painted and that I can add this request at extra cost. This is their response back: Good Morning Thank you for your email I am sorry you are not happy with your blinds. It does not state that the ends of the blinds will not be painted and nor does it advise they will be painted either. The image in the basket is just a graphic of the blind and a representation of the finished blind. I do apologise for any confusion in this, but these have arrived correct as ordered sorry. Same company, same customer service team, but two very different ideas about the same issue. One person tells me it's an extra cost option whilst the other team member is a smarty pants who tells its neither one thing nor the other but then shoots himself in the foot when he tells me the graphic IS a representation of the finished blind!!! At the moment their response can be summed up as 'lump it'. That is the extent of their customer service on the back of mis-representation of a product on their website”
