“The instructions were a waste of time as the bracket clips that were supplied had no resemblance to the diagram as it was showing something completely different and it mentioned fixing between the ‘Ladders’ without showing what these were and what they looked like.! If your average layman was fitting these then they would have a difficult and frustrating experience. I am fortunate enough as a carpenter to know how to fit but even for myself it doesnt help when the instructions show different items to those in the fixing pack and no screws or plugs supplied either which i thought was disappointing considering the item cost.! Blind works well and a good product let down by the instructions and non fixings pack.”

“Came on time (just) and looks OK, if a bit more flimsy than I’d hoped: on one side the final section angles up a little. The packaging appeared undamaged, but there was a definite dent in the top rail. Fortunately, it was on the top, rear edge and wouldn’t show when installed in the recess. But, unlike the pictures on the website, the slats don’t seem to close very tightly when rotated in either direction. The fittings for the cover strip that goes along the top rail look very flimsy and I doubt they would survive being removed if the mechanism needs adjusting. If we use the strip will fix with self-adhesive velcro strips. Would have send back if I’d paid the ridiculous full price, but for a sale item with 70% off its OK.”

“The blinds are good - however the package they came in arrived pretty beaten up. May have been the delivery company but it looked more like the box had been reused previously.”

“Very tight fit blindwould not fit in recess for end fitting with screws supplied checked my measurements all correct ,blinds needed to be 4 mil shorter”

“Blinds ordered and delivered within a week. Selected ‘top’ fixings which said you simply screwed in. However as screwing into plaster board this simply wouldn’t hold the screw. Rawl plugs are needed for this but not included nor advised they would be required. Only a minor issue but meant the fixing took longer and involved a trip to diy store. Could simply be addressed by inclusion of rawl plugs in fixing packs.”

“Nice blind but sent the. wrong fitting brackets, to be honest I did not bother contacting to change them as I had some, and I am sure they would have sent the correct ones out, but that takes extra time.”

“The actual blind was excellent and I've bought blinds for the whole house from here and can't fault them. The review of only acceptable is due to the shocking performance from the delivery company who are a disgrace. They delivered to completely the wrong house and only because of the decency of the house delivered who brought it round to me did I eventually receive it!”

“The prices and colour choices are good. Blinds look great. However, quite a long delivery time. Order came in three deliveries, which was confusing, and communications about delivery were not great. I also found the vertical blinds a bit more fiddly to assemble than expected.”

“I’ve bought blinds for all over my house from blinds2go and was amazed at the quality and price but this time I’ve been really disappointed I’ve ordered the same blinds as before but these are just not up to the same standard they don’t hang right all the cording is loose unfortunately I can’t return them as I don’t have the packaging a dumb move on my part all In all I probably won’t use blinds to go again”

“Slightly disappointed with the finish, as on both roller blinds you can still see black marks where the material had been marked out, which makes them look cheap. Also the blinds are quite tight to pull up or down so it feels like the cord will break if you’re not careful.”

“This was the fourth type of blind we bought from B2G. It was the most difficult to fit. Unlike the others the fitting of the end brackets was critical but this was the only set where no instructions were included or emailed. I figured it out but it could be very difficult. The material, design and construction were good.”

“Excellent delivery by ups. Finish of blind is good. Had to put back chain around plastic cogs. Very lucky it didn’t damage the workings etc.otherwise good to ok..”

“Was nervous about using these but actually the blinds are good quality. Couple of this yo bare in mind. The vanity plinth will need to be cut to size. All of our came to big for the window The consealed blind couple do with being a little bigger so they don’t fall out the casing. But don’t let this put you off. The end effect is very great and such a high quality Would of got a 5 if it was for these two things.”

“Ask for pull cord on the left when it turned up it was on the right.. Doesn't fit flush you can see fitting brackets. Have had blinds before always been good but won't order from you again.”

“The blind is very good, was easy to put up and looks fine, unfortunately your couriers UPS sent the parcel to another part of the country causing delay to its eventual arrival.”
