We have ordered from blinds 2 go 3 times now and never had any issues but this time the blinds were slightly too big. They were our exact measurements but the website says they will adjust for a recess fit. We had to make some alterations to get them to fit. This is the first time we have ordered the wooden blinds and they appeared to come from another company via blinds 2 go. I would use blinds 2 go again but I'm now a bit wary about the wooden blinds.

The blinds are fine, a good colour, effective blackout, and look neat and tidy on the window. However, they were more difficult to put up, on our high Velux windows, than the instructions and video suggested, and although we spent £25 on the recommended telescopic pole to open and close them, we have found it almost impossible to grip and move them with the pole. It takes ages each time, and I feel I'm at risk of damaging the window. I'm trying to decide whether to send the pole back as not fit for purpose, but I don't know what I can do instead.

Delivered to house down the road never had paper work to tell us.only found out from neighbour it was down the road.then when we got it 1 of the brackets was bent so can't fit it Right. I was at home all day when it was delivered you need to sort out your deliverys

Good choice of blinds and kept informed of progress. Shame that even though I gave the correct measurements the blinds is a few mm to wide for the window.

I have purchased three blinds from Blinds 2go within the last few months and was pleased with them . This latest purchase had to be made to fit despite accurate measurements being given . The blind has been rolled on wrongly with the white backing showing at the top of the blind.

Good quality priced product although time scales on production and delivery were way out on expectations. This was not dispatched until 2 days after quoted delivery date and took a further week to come.

I am overall pleased with the service for the price however, I looked a few weeks before I needed and the turn around time said 3-5 days. When I actually placed my order the turn around time became 10-14 working days for me. It was longer than that before I got the email saying it was ready to be despatched. All in all it took over 3 full weeks for my delivery which I hadn’t expected based on my initial browsing. I also had no communication from the time my order was placed until it was ready to be despatched which considering it was slow I would have appreciated some updates. Blind looks fine for what I paid for it.

Happy with blinds unfortunately missing parts which means I have to get the same person back to install then again. This is a cost and waste of mine and their time.

I have always bought Velux blinds up to now but I thought that I would try someone else as Velux were getting very expensive. The blinds 2go is much chunkier than the Velux and I had to cut 3mm off the side pieces in order to get them to fit. It works fine and I wait to see if it lasts longer than the Velux.

I was disappointed with the quality of the horizontal blind bought recently. It is difficult to gauge how it will look in your own home and I was told when I rang up about it that as it was custom made to fit my window, I could not return it. Sadly, I shall therefore NOT be buying from Blinds 2go again.

The blinds are superb, but one of them had the weight lying loose in the box with the blind. It had slid out of the bottom of the blind where it had been attached with blobs of hot melt glue. Fortunately I have a hot melt glue gun so i dismantled the blind, put the weight back where it should go and re-assembled the blind. I imagine it was fine when it left the factory but may have been damaged in transit, possibly dropping the package on it's end; the weight which sits in the middle of the lower blind tube then broke free due to it's own weight and momentum. Apart from having to fix the blind I must say i really like them; they are easy to put up and use, and I noticed a difference to the room temperature immediately; much warmer!

Delivery was quick. The product satisfactory but the instructions included a measurement between the brackets which was incorrect (35mm more than the blind width instead of the 15mm which it should have stated). I had to take down the newly fitted brackets, do my own measurement, drill more holes and refill the incorrect ones.

I was actually fairly disappointed as one of the blinds had not been checked correctly and had a very dusty large patch on it. As I wanted to put them up I managed to carefully clean it with a vacuum and soft brush.I have purchased from your company before but may have to reconsider future purchases.

Total 10 blinds ordered, one blind found defective. Reported since 17th Oct (2017), but until 9th Nov still not seeing replacement despite numerous indications that it was under delivery. 3 star rating to represent satisfactory expewrience in ordering, delivery, product. No star given on fitting (defect found) and defect rectification.

Can't fault blinds, easy to fit and look the part however their go rapid isn't exactly rapid. Placed order on Friday and won't be delivered until Tuesday as they don't process on a weekend. Save yourself the £9.95 and just use normal delivery. As friendly as customer services are, they just hum and say there's nothing they can do about it :-(
