“Unfortunately the blind was not the same as online, it looks more vivid (stripes) when delivered it’s pretty much one color ( off white)”

“Product was great... delivery was painful. DPD lost my parcel then kept pushing delivery back... Spent 2 hours on hold with the DPD chat then once I managed to speak with someone he said he had no idea where my parcel was and exited the chat ... I don't think i have ever experienced service as poor as this. Tried tweeting DPD and Blinds2go for help... never got a response so I just gave up!”

“The blind was the right size and the quality is good but the fitting was a nightmare! The clips don’t just ‘push’ in and in the end had to get the fitters who did door to fit it and they found it a nightmare-it’s eventually up and works but is slightly crooked but daren't touch it as the strings seem to slip out at the slightest touch.neither are the clips particularly stable but like I say all in place and working at the moment. This was just a one off for a new door that can’t have a hanging blind but I’m sorry I certainly wouldn’t buy any more.”

“The roller blinds are of good quality and were supplied on time. However there was no information on how to change the chain (one of mine broke and a new chain of a different type was supplied), how to adjust the width of blinds or how to ensure that the join in the chain does not impede the movement of the blind. You need to be good at DIY (and measure accurately) to fit the blinds correctly. Once I had worked all of this out the blinds were fitted and look good - but it took time!”

“The 2 blinds I ordered were a good fit for the windows and arrived when expected. The beads at the bottom of the blinds were very flimsy and broke while still being assembled.”

“My blind's were beautiful when they first arrived but unfortunately within the first two weeks one of the cords that lift's the blind's up came out of the plastic bit at the side”

“I bought one venetian blind. Deliver was quicker than predicted and quality seemed okay out of the box. Installing was more difficult than I thought, most annoying was that it doesn't specify that when doing top mounted it shouldn't be resting against the window sill 'ceiling' as then I couldn't fit the facia panel but that's not the end of world. Once up I tend to help guide it up or down as it needs support to rise up. The holes for the strings let some light through and when it bed the street light out can get in my eyes. Overall on okay blind but I'll probably look elsewhere next time.”

“My issue was entirely with the delivery of my blinds. They were dispatched on the 3rd July, due for delivery on the 8th and finally arrived on the 15th July, after a lot of phone calls and chasing. The blinds themselves are lovely and fitted easily, aftercare was good and I received some compensation.”

“The blind I purchased from Blinds 2go was difficult to put up since the instructions were vague and incomplete. In the end, we managed, and it is an improvement over my old broken Velux blind. However, I would not recommend this blind as it does not block out the light completely at the bottom of the blind since it does not form a light-tight seal against the window frame.”

“Love my new perfect fit blinds. Slightly disappointed that the instructions said place hooks a credit card depth up and down, which was true of the opening windows but much deeper for the fixed frames. Easily rectified but still annoying. Also we took great pains to measure everything as instructed, but when I try to open the windows the catch scraps the frame. The blinds are fabulous and guess I will just have to live with the little niggles”

“Quality of the blinds were good, no complain but one of the roman blinds keeps falling off from the sticker and there is a wave / losing from the bottom that is making it a little awkward. The other blind is fine. My roller blinds for conservatory is less than the measurement, made me disappointed. Again the quality of the blinds were good.”

“I wouldn’t rush to buy from blinds 2go again particularly. They weren’t as quick as some other manufacturers on line also one end of the top metal rod was square and the other end was mis-shapes and we had to hammer it into shape in order to fit it. I’ve had better, also bottom of blind puckered, spoils the fall.”

“They were lovely but not ideal for kids , measurements were a bit off too short , however good quick service , blinds are good quality and would use again but I would say over measure length”

“Unfortunately although ordering “Blackout” blinds we were slightly disappointed that these blinds sat over an inch away from the wall itself due to the fixing and therefore daylight is still visible down the sides despite ordering overhanging edges.”

“Delivery was very fast, blind arrived a day before expected. Only one problem overall and that was one bracket would not spring open far enough to enable headrail to engage. We had to file down the headrail in order to fit the blind into the bracket. Apart from that blind is fine, excellent fit and we are very pleased with the purchase.”
