“We recently ordered five blinds, three arrived together and had the usual fixings, and were fine except that one had not been rolled, or possibly cut, quite straight so that the end does not lie parallel to the roller. The other two arrived a couple of days later, with rather smaller fixings than usual, and no plugs or screws. All the screws were counter sunk where flat head would be more appropriate. Not quite up to the previous high standard.”

“Delivery was within the 14 days quoted. Packaging of item when delivered was appalling. I took photos in case any parts were missing it was so bad! Blinds were well made and the mechanisms seem of good quality but the fabric was POOR quality. I had two blinds the same and the fabric on one had lots of pull threads that I had to go over and secure. I should really have sent it back but needed the blind desperately, so had to make it good and install it. I think I would try an alternative company if I needed another blind - they were ‘just ok’.”

“Decent price and ordering was quick and easy, and it was delivered in under a week. Downside was packaging was poor, with the box it came in not being sturdy enough, the ends were taped up like someone’s kids had done the job, and the ends of the blind managed to burst through the ends of the box. Ultimately easy to fit with straightforward instructions, though the double roller I bought makes a noise inside the tube after you rotate it (liiecs loose mechanism or spring) and the blind doesn’t look as well finished in the flesh as the mechanism is fully exposed, along with screws and brackets - now have seen far better ones elsewhere, where the are incorporated into a cassette, this hiding all the gibbons and giving it a more professional finish.”

“love the blinds but only gave 3 stars for delivery after phoning to re-arrange delivery date because I knew I was out all day came home from work to find my blinds in the front garden.But blinds are great pity the delivery lets it down.”

“I purchased 3 wooden effect slat blinds and can’t fault the quality of the actually blinds, sadly the pelmets that add the finishing touch really let them down, Blind 1 the pelmet was cut with a square edge so not only could you not attach the end pieces but the end pieces also arrived in a different colour wood all together, Brown ends on a white blind... no thanks Blind 2 all the pieces were the right colour but the 2 ends of the pelmet didn’t match they had been cut differently and pencil markings where it should have been cut were drawn all over it, Blind number 3 the pelmet again was covered in pencil markings, All in all some very basics errors which had they of been right I’d have raved about the company but sadly this let them down”

“Blind itself very good. Time for it to be delivered less so - had an e-mail to say it had gone to the despatch centre and it was there for almost a week before being sent for delivery. I would suggest that aspect of your business could be sharpened up considerably”

“Happy with quality of blinds but the after sales service is poor, still unable to open & close our kitchen blind when I spoke to customer services was told how to take the blind apart to fix it, which I am not happy with as the blind is brand new & I expect it to be in perfect working order!!!.”

“Prompt deliver and quality of blind was good. However make sure you check the measurement, cm, inches etc., as no return if error is on your part and it might cost more to return. I thought blinds were quite expensive dependent upon your budget.”

“The blind itself was good however the packaging was open in the van and it was only by luck that the contents had not fallen out. Take more care when sealing one piece of poor brown tape was applied and the box lid was crushed.”

“Blinds good but the metal chain cord is so short I can barely reach it. I am surprised the cord isn’t same length as the full blind length.”

“Delivered on time. Straightforward to fix but it is not a close fit with light coming in at bottom left corner. The original Velux blind gave a very secure fit. Existing brackets used so they are not the problem.”

“The blind is of good quality but the made too measure cut leaves the ends unfinished. The blinds are white and the ends a light oak colour. It took nearly three weeks to come.”

“Had several blinds recently however this last order we called and specifically asked for a longer valance.... 1.78m and we did not get which is disappointing. 1 will call Blinds2go to get the correct one sent.”

“Quality of blinders is o.k. but they too big us usually (too long in drop) This is my 2nd order from them and they always make them too long. Delivery - on website is state UPS curier but they using some strange delivery company without network of branch - making almost inposible to pik up your parcel when you not in home”
