Reall quick thats a great positive! My friend had these so i brought them as look absolutely fabulous. Mine look fabulous too however i have a few dents in the bottom couple of slacks, so i asune this is a one of bad result. But what has annoyed me is that we got our ressed and they have been made too long. I hve re measured the window and i definitely got the measurements correct, so its annoyed me as the idea of them is to leave the blinds closed/down and just flip them open and shut. As it gathers up at the bottom it doesn’t have a great effect However they are awsome quality and look smart if done right

The post customer care ruined it for us. Not going into it as im still annoyed but there was a problem with the order and the customer service agent was very rude, had no empathy or patience. Infact she even huffed and puffed over the phone, hope they record their calls so they can use this as an example of how NOT to talk to customers.

Product is beautifully made, can’t find fault with the company apart from their choice of courier- UPS advised delivery 3 times and rescheduled each time - after I’d waited in all day !! Not good enough.

Just received my blind but unfortunately it does not close properly alright at top but it at bottom.my order no. B1730313BO.I would like to send photos but can't.

They look great, easy to install and decent quality but they are an inch wider than I ordered. We had to trim them down.

I ordered the blinds a couple of weeks before Christmas for delivery before Christmas, which did happen. I did however feel that the order had been rushed. I had to clean the blinds as they were covered in cutoff swarf (sawdust and plastic). When I first closed the blind the toggle came off in my hand. It had not been fastened on correctly it was easily sorted by myself, but why can’t we buy anything anymore that is right first time. Other than that ok and looks ok.

Good service, very pleased with the blind, however there were no fitting instructions included. Time was wasted trying to look for instructions.

happy with the end result however the top front of our wooden blinds was 2 cm longer than ordered so we had to cut it ourselves. Every time we order there is always a minor adjustment last blinds for downstairs were not threaded this was a right fiddle to fix!

Hi we ordered theee blinds two were great . The roller blind for the sitting room was not a cream colour but more yellow in it so we couldn’t use it . Be careful of colours when ordering as different to what they look when they arrive . Good delivery and no complaints of the other two

Our order arrived on time and the quality of the blinds is good. Installation was easy, however colour shown online was nothing like the product we received.

Nice looking blinds but prices have shot up and quality definitely down. The two blinds i bought have extremely fiddly fascia covers. In the end i ditched the supplied clips as it made the fascia strips very proud of the blind and not neat at all. The 'tilt' cords are more like cotton rather than the thick cords previously supplied. Also, the first time i pulled the 'up/down' cord the flimsy plastic cord jointer fell apart and the cords shot back into the blind. The blinds look smart no question, but the quality, especially with pull cords has gone down.

Overall pleased with the blind quality a bit pricey though. The cord for the blind is silver so when the blind is up it is very obvious hanging down and looks ugly.

I ordered three white studio blinds. When I hung them two were fine but the third one, when close the blind the top slat becomes jammed with top blind case. I have tried to phone to complain but the waiting time was not acceptable. The first slat is not permanently bent.

Little disappointed as it took quite some time before receipt. Was also disappointed as thought the blind would have ridges as it was described as 'faux wood'.

Decent blinds, would have been better if they supplied the easy to fit clips to secure the blinds in place.
