I am giving 3 stars because the metal chain snapped very quickly and there is no cover for the metal brackets and it looks unfinished. I am not sure if that's normal but it came without plugs and screws. I don't think it's worth the price I've paid!

Ordered the pvc vertical blinds. They came but were 25mm too short, got in touch with blinds 2 go, they asked me to measure the blinds but they would not admit they were short, offered me a 50% discount to make the slats the right length. Wouldn’t be ordering from them again. Pictures attached.

I followed the instructions online exactly on how to correctly measure my windows. The advice is measure true to size and Blinds to go will adjust the sizing accordingly to fit your window. But what happened was they sent the blinds exactly to the size, so I had to trim down every blind. What made it worse was that the front section that sits over the top of the blind was much much bigger than my window (so again had to trim it down. Also they sent round headed screws which takes up another 4mm or so in your sizing. Don't get me wrong lovely product but ended up being very stressful.

Blinds are nice and easy to fit but not all are perfectly aligned. Some blinds are not in parallel with the rest and I am reluctant to force them in case they break.

This simple (yet expensive) roller blind took nearly a month to arrive. The blind is OK and the basic brackets are fine if fitting inside a recess but as they have no covers they look unfinished if fitted externally. The screws in the pack should, ideally, have been flat head screws not the counter sunk type we received.

The blinds did not meet the agreed specification. I asked for both contols to be at the same (inner) end, but in fact they are at the outer end. Also, without warning, the type of control (rotating and sliding vertical-hanging bar) is different and I find inferior to the previous corded control. Aprt from that they are good and met the specification, and arrived very quiickly.

The quality of the blinds has been great apart from one which arrived slightly broken. The mechanism which keeps the chain in place is a little fragile.

Don’t let you know when blinds are due to arrive. Just turn up which is great if you are at home all day every day. I have had 3 lots delivered to me not been advised for any of them therefore have not been home. Luckily my next door neighbour works from home so has very kindly taken them in for me. Blinds themselves are quite good quality and east to install.

First order that I have been disappointed with. The countersunk head fixings supplied for the mounting of the brackets had to be replaced with round head due to the screws not being compatible with plain holes. The cable retention hooks had no fixings supplied. There was a screw in the LH rail of the 4.7 metre rail which stopped the blind from joining in the middle.

Gorgeous patterns. I got a lovely children’s blind with balloons on. Unfortunately they are not entirely blackout and the material was not lined up perfectly on the reel so the images are all on a slight tilt which is a shame.

Well I would say that the tapes on the website is different to the the tapes you receive they are a lot more brighter colour which I didn’t want.which is a shame as I have used you in the passed and been very please with your blinds.

Compared to blinds I bought from you a few years ago the cords and fixings are lower quality and the fabric thinner. Pretty and does everything it should but disappointing compared to previous blinds that are actually still working.

Still awaiting a reply from emails sent re broken blind on arrival email sent with picture attachment , having purchased a large number of blinds I would have thought that customer services would have got back to me by now

Purchased a Roman blind 18months ago. Decided to purchase for another room the same identical blind. A little disappointed with this one. It doesn't pull up or down as smoothly as the other and when pulled up the folds dont look as crisp.

The cover strip for the top of the blind was longer than the width of the blinds and the fixing of the strip is impossible when fitting them close to top of the window ,not pleased

The blind is well made and blacks out the light, however the pattern and colour is NOTHING LIKE the pictures on the website. And although I had a fabric sample, it was tiny and doesn't give you much idea of the finished product. I paid out nearly £300 and I'm not a happy bunny.

Look and quality seems ok but time will tell. Delivery too long but COVID times. Expensive for what is a basic Blind.

Slatted blind delivered without valance. Took weeks to send replacement then did not include the fixings. They then sent the wrong fixings! Eventually they did send the correct ones. Not their usual standard
