Easy to use website, fast and easy delivery. Product quality was less than hoped for.... the blinds are cut to measure, not made to measure. This means the cords hang down in front of the window, and not to the side like they should (which is ugly when blind is open). The brackets that hold the headrail are clearly visible (even though they are clear, you can still see them), which is disappointing.

Quality of both the roller blind and Venetian blind seem good, especially given their cheaper price compared to similar companies. No Rawl plugs were supplied and fitting is not as simple as their video instructions suggest; however, I am not an experienced DIYer. The roller blind is quite noisy when pulling the cord up and down. The delivery service courier they use offer tracking of the order but it does not work and to phone up incurs an extra charge. Understandably, the two orders we placed have taken a long time (well over a month) to process and deliver at the moment but email updates have been good to let us know when things are ready for despatch.

The blinds themselves where lovely. We did have an issue where they did not cut it to the right size, even though we gave them the measurements. Therefore we did have to cut the blinds down. If they was cut to the right size then putting them up would not have taken to long.

We had received this order satisfactorily (albeit there was a delay), however there has been little or no more recent updates on another order for which we are still waiting for delivery. We placed that order before this one and we don't know when it will be delivered. So if you can give us an accurate update on its status that will be good.

I am impressed with the size and quality, but let down with dent in the top bar. This was there before itea put in the b a there was no damage to the box at all

Everything was good from ordering, delivering and putting the blind up. My Illusion Pearl Roller Shade looked really good that was until flying insects found their way into the body of the blind but can't find their way out and eventually die. So I now have what can be described as a 220cm width x 141cm drop fly's graveyard on my window. not a good luck.

I am very pleased with the blinds but very un satisfied with the delivery. The blinds were dropped over my back garden door without leaving even a note to say it was lift the. The outer packing was soaked with water & it was there for 7 days, luckily enough the internal plastic packing protected it.

Price and delivery were fine. quality of blinds were excellent. The only confusing aspect is the measurements. From "recess" / "brackets" is really confusing. Subsequently, one of my blinds was 5cm too big in width so have wasted a lot of money in having to order another one.

I ordered blinds with a tassle trim on the bottom but arrived without. Apart from this the quality and delivery is good.

Nice Blinds BUT!!! Disappointed they you don’t supply any screws to complete the job in fixing the blind up ! You have to source your self ALL screws to Complete the job therefore need a trip to a DIY store before being able to put them up

Arrived in a broken box, colour was described as white but the label says ‘Dirty White’ which means off white. Fabric feels a bit cheap and plastic. But, I have put it up because I’d nothing to pack it in to return it.

Blinds look fabulous up. Perfect fit honey comb blinds. Had to get my bulider to put them up. Wont as easy as it said on the pack. Would still buy again as great price and look great.

Blind length should be length requested plus 1.5 times circumference of roller. Else on full extend roller is laid bare for all to see. Not good. No use asking for mechanism to be on left or right, both were on the right despite request for one on left other on right. Had to swap over. Dispatch need to check the order. Could offer a shroud option to cover the roller plus brackets. Would be a lot neater and hide the showing of the reverse side colour which inevitably will be silver or white. P-Clips no good for a recess as chain has to twist 90 degrees. Had to buy a face fixed pully. This option should be offered as it must be very common; P-Clips are inherently at 90 degrees to the plane of the blind face. So the chain will always be twisted. Generally OK for the price

Delivery, sizing and look good. One issue with the baffle that covers the fixings. Only the return section have been mitred whilst the front sections have a straight edge, this meaning the corners do not fit together and the cut straight end is exposed. If both ends were finished with a mitre angle then the corners would look perfect. It’s a small detail but it does matter for the over all finish. Allison BR2

I bought 2 sets of blinds and although I had problem initially with marks and size the problem was corrected and pleased with end result. But it was only resolved after giving a review, no help was offered when I initially phoned.

Delivery was well outwith the average and notification of actual delivery too short, could well have been out. Blinds well packaged so no problems there. Have questions about quality control s both blinds short of actual dimensions by around 5mm, had to mount the fixings to accommodate though no real visual impact. Despite following fitting instructions had to re-roll both blinds tighter in order to fit and in one had to remove the stop on the chain in order to get full range of movement. Quality seems ok but wouldn't recommend on this experience

The blinds I bought are great quality but the reason I give only 3 stars is because of their website. I ordered these one night at about 2 in the morning and something kept going wrong and it took about 20 attempts to input the measurements. Everytime I tried to get a price it cleared them. In the end it worked but I then (totally my fault in the end) input the wrong measurement, a typo and I should have checked but was so fed up and tired (working nights) I had convinced myself after about 20 minutes my typo was correct. So ended up having to pay another £50 for a new blind a week later when I realised. Maybe it was an internet error but everything else I was doing was ok.
