Mounting brackets missing to put it up closing the blind its self was stiff and will not fully shut the connector between the rod and the blind was flimsy which twisted and fell off on day one

My roman blind was quite expensive as I wanted it as a feature rather than to pull right down. The overhang / folding on each section is negligible so looks rather plain and disappointing not like the picture on the website I chose. Could have bought a cheap rollerblind instead

I ordered two blinds, one 66cmx220cm and the other 156cmx220cm. The smaller one doesn't roll up correctly and so I cannot actually open the blind fully (the blind runs off the side of the roller) and the larger blind just runs off the roller when you lower it too close to the floor (obviously it's not designed to have that amount of weight for the roller to stay in position). Very disappointed.

I ordered from this site before and always been happy with the order. This time the product itself is great- well made and looks great. However... The fittings (brackets) which come with this blind are awful!! They don’t hold the blind securely so even though it’s not a big window I had to fit all 4 of the brackets to feel semi secured that the blind won’t go down when I pull the strings!! Further more, the instructions are rubbish. I had to check online for further instructions to fit it and believe me, I’m really good at DIY!! Once I fitted it all, I realised that the strings to open& shut the blinds with don’t work :( I found out how I may be able to repair it from the internet however that would mean taking the blind down again and starting all over!! So I shut and open them by pulling on the tape... really disappointed with Blinds 2go this time. I need blinds for my big conservatory next but will order them elsewhere in fear that the fitting will be another nightmare:( so sorry for a bad review this time.

Poor product and customer service. I ordered 7 blinds for Velux windows. Two were damaged in transit and one of these had a strange ‘scorch like’ blemish on the roller cartridge which was visible when installed. On checking the other 5 blinds, another had the same mark. B2G were apologetic but needed photo’s, which were sent. Customer service is not great; generally have to wait several minutes in a queue and it’s never the same person. Initially I was promised replacement blinds but was later told replacement parts would be sent by ‘production’ for me to fit. The parts never arrived and I was told this ‘sometimes happens’ and more new parts would be sent by ‘production’. No tracking number was provided on either occasion and the parts still have not arrived after 10 days. I’m going to call B2G again but am so dissatisfied with the service and the product that I’ve posted this review. The blinds that are installed are not great, being difficult to operate with the telescopic operating rod, which keeps slipping out of it’s location and banging into the window frame, leaving indents. Velux are twice as much money, but the saying ‘you get what you pay for’ is probably appropriate in this case.

First ordered 1 blind which fitted really well. So decided to order 3 more. They also fitted really well. So decided to order another 3 to complete the house. Probably made somewhere else or at least by someone in a hurry. Quality nowhere as good and 2 of them drop and pull up on an angle. Cant see how they can be adjusted. Just wish I had ordered them all at the same time

The blinds are not made to measure the blinds arrived cut to size from larger blinds with unfinished edges. One of the nylon cords broke at the plastic clips and a few of the plastic guides needed reattaching to the aluminium header bar

“EasiFIT Blinds” After fitting 15 of them, very disappointed to report that they are far from easy to fit. The instructions were poor (unhelpfully, not even supplied so had to print off) – at best unclear, in other places wrong. The online video gives a better guide, but the model makes it look very much easier than reality. A great deal of pressure is needed to insert the brackets; the cords come off the brackets and get tangled/knotted very easily. Expect to spend 30-40+ minutes on your first one, reducing to about 15 minutes once you get the hang of it. They look OK when they are eventually up, but the fitting process is extremely fiddly and frustrating – not what you expect having paid a great deal of money for your blinds.

I specifically ordered blackout shades and paid a high price for just one shade. Enormous amounts of light seep through the sides of the shades despite the perfect measurement and installment. DO NOT BUY THEIR SHADES.

The pull cords were too short so we had to purchase more string to extend it to make it accessible. This should have been checked before it was sent to us

Having used Blinds 2go several times it was a no brainer returning to them when we needed 3 additional blinds for our house. Initially we were advised that the order would need to be split due to the availability of the products and therefore different delivery dates with one blind being delayed. This was fine and expected. The first package was delivered and, to my surprise, was the delayed product. Since that point I've been advised that the address was incorrect by the courier, even though we'd had a delivery from Blinds 2go only days before. Since then I've had emailed conversations to resolve the situation with offers of delivery dates as the package would need signing for (no previous packages have needed signature). I informed them that catching us at home was difficult however gave dates, I was advised to leave a note informing the courier where to leave the package (even though I've been told it needed signing for), however it doesn't take a genius to work out that anyone could read that message and take the blinds without me ever knowing. Its a shame as previously these guys would have got 5 stars, but as it stands it is likely I will use another company in the future. Still waiting for my blinds!

I have orded from Blinds 2go before and was happy with the product. I have have just received 5 of exactly the same 50mm wooden slatted binds and 3 of the 5 have very notchy adjustment of slat angle, one is terrible, also the finish on some of the slats isnt cery good and marked, I'm pretty disappointing without the product and will try and the worst one back for exchange.

Product is reasonably good value for money but the courier was very poor, on this occasion, possibly due to Xmas pressures. While we were partially to blame as we were briefly out of the house when the delivery was attempted on the Friday before Xmas, the driver made no attempt to leave the parcel with any neighbours, or to even leave it in the secluded open porch. On returning about 15 minutes later I called the given number and was told they tried unsuccessfully to contact the driver so I had to pick up the parcel about the 10 miles away or wait a week. The original call handler was pleasant but unable to help; his supervisor put the phone down on our conversation. When I picked up the parcel the following morning the packaging was significantly damaged. Fortunately we eventually managed to extract the blinds and were able to reattach the part that separated on removal from the packaging. We needed the blinds for Xmas so saw no point in complaining. If Blinds2go retain this courier company I’ll shop elsewhere.

The blinds were of a good standard we have experienced before. But we did not expect to be charged extra for delivery that is normally free, because it was to the Isle of Wight. When querying this with Blinds2go, we were very rudely told it was because that UPS charged extra to deliver to the Isle of Wight. We knew this was untrue as UPS and other delivery companies only charge normal mainland rates to the Isle of Wight. On checking with UPS they confirmed that Blinds2go were NOT charged any more for our delivery. Therefore Blinds2go lied to us and obtained money from us fraudulently. Obviously as long term customers, we don't appreciate this at all and will look for a different supplier for future projects.
