The fabric of the blinds are very nice and arrived well packaged. However my blinds took well over 10 days to be ready (7-10 days was quoted at time of ordering). Additionally the choice of lining is unclear, I chose blackout and was then offered an upgrade to thermal...when the blinds arrived it turns out that wasn’t an upgrade! They do not keep any light out whatsoever. I was offered a discount on getting them remade but this would have been another £100 odd which made when added to the original order value made them expensive. I’ve ended up buying thermal blackout lining and adding it to the blind myself. Wouldn’t order from them again based on this experience.

Firstly the delivery appeared to get lost in your system and I had to complain. The blind finally arrived after two weeks plus from ordering. Quality of blind was good, but when I tried to order another one for an adjacent window in the same material some four weeks later I was informed that you no longer stock the same material. In order to get matching blinds I will now have to buy a further two, obviously not from your company. I advised you of my problem but you were not helpful with your reply

On fitting the blind it was found to be approx 15-20mm short for the previously measured aperture. Only by moving the fitting brackets to make the blind fit where previous blind was.

The blind seemed to take ages to get here and then was a few milimeters out either side so could not use - old window so not plumb I guess, so had to re-order another £100. The first blind I ordered was perfect arrived within stated time and fitted accurately. The qulity of item is fantastic and am very please with the first blind, very disappointed at 2nd blind.

Venetian blind. Colour and fit to recess is good, but not happy with the fact that in 50mm slat version it barely achieves an 80 degree (from horizontal) tilt which leaves gaps between the slats when it’s closed. I wasn’t expecting the blind to block all the light, but the pics on the website are seriously misleading in that regard. Having raised this with customer services, the response has been less than satisfactory with, so far, a different person replying each time, no apology and no offer of compensation. I wouldn’t buy from this company again.

Not happy. Accidently clicked on tje exact measurments and not the recessed botton. Emailed soon as my blinds arrived and was told they wont take the 5mm recess off and that il have to purchase more blinds off them!! Understand it was my own mistake but surely taking the recess on you would of done in the first place shouldnt be an issue???

the order appeared to take weeks to complete. on arrival no fittings and three of the louvers were out of sync.On contacting the company they advised how to realign the out of sync louvers but made no mention of the fact there were no fittings. I am not impressed

Been trying to contact u for the fault on one of my blinds, it’s the biggest blind of them, which has completely collapsed probably down to the weight which annoys me as it should be able to be pulled up at least twice without the ‘plastic’ toggle giving way! I’ve paid a lot for the blind plus having it fitted!! Really disappointed

bi-fold door blinds i think should be 4 string, on leaving in the down postion for several days then when lifted to top the blinds collapse and do not sit / fold back to original postion.

Very disappointed blinds where to wide gave you all the exact measurements the windows wasn’t square but still they were too wide so I had to set brackets into plasterboard

Website claims you can get next day delivery but doesn't make it that clear that you have to strictly order before 11am and that Saturdays don't count. This made my order arrive too late for my requirements and caused me a professional problem, even tho i had spoken to an advisor beforehand and been assured they would arrive on time! It would be great if the website was clear and had delivery details noticeable rather than in tiny print at the bottom of the page. I've not fitted blinds yet, so can only comment on delivery issue.

They did not make me happy, very poor service from the onset, took twice as long as they said they would to supply the product. Very poor colour match to the sample. Will never use them again.

Only problem is that adjusting “cord” only hangs down 35 cm. I can JUST reach it but adjustment of blind subsequently difficult. Partner cannot reach therefore blind remains in one position - which rather defeats the object. Otherwise manufacture, delivery and instructions all good.

Blind well constructed and delivery good. Fitting instructions good. Unfortunately the adjusting “cord” is so short ( hangs only 35 cm below axis of blind ) that I can only just reach it ( takes an age to adjust blind up ot down ) and my partner cannot reach it. So blind gets left in one position - which rather defeats the object.

I ordered 2 velux blinds of the same size. The delivery arrived as promised a few days later. However when it arrived the package was 2 different sized blinds. I called customer services who advised me to take a photo of the incorrect sized blind and e mail it to them which I did. I was promised that a correct blind would be sent out immediately. The next day I was contacted by email asking me to send another photo as they couldn’t open the first which I did. Today I have received another email asking for yet another photo of the two blinds side by side. Surely when they collected the wrong blind the mistake would be obvious! Needless to say I am still waiting for the second blind. Won’t be ordering from them again. Their after sales is terrible.
