With our first order the brackets were faulty and no screws were provided. The team rectified this and sent replacements. We then ordered a second set of blinds for a different room and they also didn’t come with screws. When I spoke to customer services the second time they said they can’t send any out... It’s not clearly highlighted in the instructions that you have to provide your own screws and rawl plugs nor did the team first time say they shouldn’t have sent some out.

The edges on both sides are very sharp which gives not a very good finish to the window

When we tried to put our 3 blinds up it came with the wrong clips so we emailed customer services to get the right clips. Still waiting on reply. Disappointed

Blinds are just what we were looking for, but came too small! You asked for the exact dimensions of the reveal but when they arrived they were 10mm less all the way around, leaving a gap which showed the screws, going into the wall! Not the look we were after now we need to fork out on trains to cover the gaps! no where did it say they would take 10mm off otherwise we would have added it on!

Disappointed on 2 occasions. 1st order went smoothly but the 2nd order was a train smash, everything that could have gone wrong went wrong,. We only received 1/3 of teh order but did receive someone else's order. Too many people were calling to rectify it on the phone and in person. Not only that but when the blinds did arrive they were extremely stiff. I raised this and was sent fitting instructions, which we no help whatsoever. I have contacted Blinds2Go since but no response! The only reason they don't get a 1/5 is the first order went smoothly.

X3 blinds are fine but X1 has had to be replaced almost immediately because it didn’t retract freely

Blind is damaged. It went up a few days ago, and due to having twin babies I have not had a chance to phone you. Any email address for contact would be a good addition. There a holes in the blond in a number of places.

I ordered 2 almost identical Roman blinds in size and material. After some weeks of update emails nothing was delivered. I called the customer service to be told that the order in fact was cancelled because the material supply had run out! Ok, so I re-order again 2 almost identical Roman blinds only difference one was plain and one patterned. Each blind arrived separately, no problem there. When I opened the packages the fixings/support rail were different. One fixing was an exposed white 'push button' the other a non-exposed that disappears inside the support rail. The exposed type was set up and the blind was Ok. The non-exposed has so far proved impossible for me as an experienced diyer to connect with the four fixing supplied Two are on and two half on (ceiling fit) I called the customer service twice, first time they said the fitting must be faulty and sent two more. They arrived in a couple of days but they looked the same as what I have already. I called again and was told that the only fittings supplied are the non-exposed, there was a denial that the push button type exist(??) I asked about removing the blind so I can start again, answer was to push back on the fixing and twist down. I tried and tried, but I reckon the only way to remove the blind is to lever the plugs from the ceiling. Other than this the blinds are of good quality/fit!

Delivery was a lot longer than stated. Felt cheated as delivery date was important and would have bought elsewhere had actual delivery time have been stated

One of the blinds that turned up didn't fit the window, despite the measurements that I had supplied being correct. When I contacted B2G I was provided an email to send pictures and told to expect a replacement blind if the fault was genuine. I took the requested photos, and sent them to the email provided. Have had nothing back, no confirmation email, no acceptance of fault, no replacement blind. Poor service, doubt ill use again

Within the packaging, no screws were evident along with the sticky adhesive to stick the wooden strip to the blinds. Therefore we have had to purchase these ourselves. The blinds were of good quality, marred by the missing bits

delivery was longer than promised when ordered plus on delivery day we were texted that delivery would be between 1.36 to 3.36pm but delivered at gone 6.00 pm. no further text was received to inform us of later delivery. very poor service. However one of the weights in the blind damaged on arrival but no quibble about sending replacement.

One good blind so ordered another (identical, in theory). Second blind had, in one aspect, a 'make-do' feel about it that was not evident with the first one. Have e-mailed company twice in last 24 hours - but no response.

Order a made to measure blind on the 2nd March with delivery date of 14th-16th March. Today got home and expect delivery as had no updates with delays etc. I rang customer service and was told that the delivery was now 19th-21st. Would of been nice to get updates, lady on phone just said had no idea why it was later then originally said. Let's see when it comes.now.

Blind arrived as ordered ,and was of good quality . Unfortunately one of the pelmet clips was broken. despite several phone calls and a wait of 5 weeks no replacement has arrived hence the disappointing review. Aftercare is as important as the product.
