“I recently purchased some replacement handles for an Alutruck sack truck that I was refurbishing, I visited the BIL website and easily found the correct ones I required, the purchase was easy to make although the carriage charge was a bit high for two handles. The handles arrived very quickly and were well packaged, sadly one of the handles had some damage but was quickly replaced after I emailed customer service and explained the problem with a photograph of the damage. After asking about the recommended installation procedure they were fitted and the refurb is complete. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company the quality of their products is excellent and customer service is top notch.”
