We are however sorry that our carrier failed to deliver to your expectations. Unfortunately when the goods leave our premises, we rely on third parties to ensure our valued customer service is maintained. On this occasion, that seems to have not happened so we can only apologise. We take all feedback very seriously and will be sure to take this up with the carrier to mitigate any issues in the future.
