“The delivery From DX Delivery was very pooor and nearly made me cancel the order. I was unaware that it was a signed for delivery, (not sure if this is mentioned when ordering) this ment that i had to change the address to my work address after the first failed delivery. The 2nd delivery then went to my home address after being changed to my work address and was another failed delivery. It finally arrived 1 week after the first failed attempt.”

“Sack cart looks good, business communication could have been better along with not providing a tracking number. Did not arrive in the stated 3 days. Dispatch stated on 11th, actually dispatch on 18th after I asked where my order was.”

“All round a positive experience dealing with sales team, however, the website doesn't show the filter drag bars for diameter or load capacity on castors. When attempting to log in, an error message is shown to complete a reCAPTCHA, this never shows up, so I cant log in to check status.”
