Unfortunately the purchased top hat spacers dimensional tolerance was too large. I needed 30mm OD and 25mm ID in some cases the tolerance was over 0.5 mm so useless for my requirements. Regards Richard

Purchased some sprung casters. Service was fantastic however, casters didn't even take half the amount of weight it stated on the website.

I ordered 2 x wheel retainers valued at £1.04 and was rather shocked when I got a confirmation email of my order. It stated standard shipping @ £15.00 and VAT @ £3.21 Total £19.25 I sent a mail to Bil Group and informed them to cancel the order. I then had contact from Kevin at Bil Group who sorted this stupid price in shipping costs for something that would fit in an envelope if posted by Royal mail for the cost of a stamp. Their web site just stated standard shipping. Many thanks to Kevin his service was excellent stating they use couriers for shipping, he arranged for it to be sent in an envelope via Royal mail The problem lies with courier charges they use with my AB41 post code Highlands of Scotland. My post code does not relate to the Highlands of Scotland it is around six miles from the North Sea, some fifteen miles north of Aberdeen. I have a mile of B road from the house to the A90 then six miles two way traffic down the A90 to Ellon it is then dual carriage ways and motorways to Exeter on the south coast of England. AB41 is nNOT the Highlands of Scotland. I would give Bil Group 5 for excellent service after Kevin's intervention in rearranging the shipping. David Greenfield

Hi Dave, firstly apologies again for the issue you faced regarding the carriage cost. As discussed with Kevin, our website is setup with standard carriage charges relating to geographic location compared to estimated cost from our carriers and value of order. Unfortunately on this occasion the website did not pick up the low monetary value of the order and just applied the standard carriage charge. I saw the items i wanted on the website and ordered and paid for them. I then got an email telling me that despite the item being on sale on the site for sale it was actually unavailable. I had to wait a couple of weeks for it to arrive. If things aren't available they it should say so on the website before you part with your cash.

Still waiting for the trolley, ordered two weeks ago and still haven’t received it, apart from two emails saying order is placed, that’s all we had, not very good, even more funny is this survey asking about a delivery which we haven’t had

Hi Andrew, we apologise for the delay in your order and also the miscommunication throughout the process. Following receipt of this review we escalated the issue to ensure the goods were delivered the following day. I hope despite the initial issues you were happy with the physical product.

Delays in delivery, took a week to deliver. When rang up to chase response was poor and not helpful, and came across as its not our problem. Wheels arrived 2 days later. I have also been charged postage yet your website offers free postage on orders over £20. Order was £63 before VAT. Overall very poor experience.
