Hi there, firstly apologies about the issue on this delivery. After speaking with you, we understand that the carrier has made an error with the delivery and POD. Hopefully the original shipment still turns up but as discussed, a replacement order has been sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Many thanks and apologies again.

They will send you missing and wrong items, and won't even bother to fully understand what is going on. The content on their website is very misleading. What's worse is, they don't even know what they are actually selling. Avoid them if you value your money and time.

Hi, Firstly we apologise fully for the mix up with your order. The error occured as a few of our products had changed specification slightly and unfortunatly the website hadn't been updated to show this. Since your contact we have rectified the issue fully and as discussed have arranged a collection and full refund for you. Apologies again.

I complained that postage was four times the value of my order and was told that's the best you can do. Not very helpful.

Hi, thank you for the feedback and we are sorry you are not satisfied with your experience. Unfortunately we have to set our carriage costs in accordance with the actual cost to send the goods. We have recently reviewed these terms and ensured we are providing the best value we can to our customers. Very poor service and they charge 15% off total amount if you want to exchange the product and they don't explain how heavy it is the product you buy , even if you go in person to exchange .
