Hi Paul, Thank you for the feedback. We always encourage our customers to provide this positively and negatively so we can ultimately improve the experience for our customers.
Regarding the website, we are continuously reviewing this to make it more user friendly wherever possible. For our Material Handling division we are actually designing and launching a completely brand new site in the near future with the aim to make it very easy for the customer to search for a product matching their requirements.

“Product quality and price is spot-on although P handles originally required out of stock for 9 weeks! A bit slow on delivery (13 days) compared to previous orders. Also no communication on progress until I emailed to chase the delivery date, the sales manager replied and apologised for the delay which was due to it being a busy time of year for production team. Definitely recommend this company every time despite delays.”
“Excellent quality castor wheels, made in England. However, lots of unnecessary plastic packaging used and we had problems with the DX courier delivering to the wrong address. The package was not large and could have easily gone with ParcelForce or DHL for a more reliable service.”
