Ordering was straightforward but delivery was not. Despite leaving 'safe place' instructions the courier, DX, seems to insist on a signature. I was not in at first attempt so the delivery was taken away. I re-arranged the delivery but only one of two boxes was delivered (the 'box 1 of 2' label was handily covered by the 'redelivery' label). During a phone call to BIL I was told a signature was not necessary and a further date arranged for delivery of the second box. Fortunately a neighbour intercepted the courier driver taking away the second delivery; otherwise I could have been caught up in an endless loop! BIL, please sort out your couriers

The delivery From DX Delivery was very pooor and nearly made me cancel the order. I was unaware that it was a signed for delivery, (not sure if this is mentioned when ordering) this ment that i had to change the address to my work address after the first failed delivery. The 2nd delivery then went to my home address after being changed to my work address and was another failed delivery. It finally arrived 1 week after the first failed attempt.

Sack cart looks good, business communication could have been better along with not providing a tracking number. Did not arrive in the stated 3 days. Dispatch stated on 11th, actually dispatch on 18th after I asked where my order was.

Ordered product (wheel) based on the dimensions shown in the online catalogue but it appears the details were incorrect. The wheel fitting (jaws) had to be modified to suit.

We do our best to update any reference to this as soon as possible but it looks like this one slipped the net. Your normally excellent service was somewhat compromised on my last order, owing to the fact you mixed up my delivery address with my billing address, meaning the goods were delivered to my home instead of my workshop. Yours, disgusted of Tunbridge Wells.

The wheels were as advertised and were well packed. I was disappointed that I had to pay a premium for tardy delivery to my location. I appreciate that some carriers are a lot more expensive for remote locations but postal service/parcel force charge no extra and are quick. I pointed this out with my order

Communication was excellent but might not have bought from here if I knew I would have wait so long for the wheels. Would be good to know what is in stock from the website before paying for them

Regarding the website, we are continuously reviewing this to make it more user friendly wherever possible. For our Material Handling division we are actually designing and launching a completely brand new site in the near future with the aim to make it very easy for the customer to search for a product matching their requirements. Happy with product but was not despatched for 6 days, which is slow for a product that says in stock, eventually arrived after took 10 days from date of payment.

Product quality and price is spot-on although P handles originally required out of stock for 9 weeks! A bit slow on delivery (13 days) compared to previous orders. Also no communication on progress until I emailed to chase the delivery date, the sales manager replied and apologised for the delay which was due to it being a busy time of year for production team. Definitely recommend this company every time despite delays.

Excellent quality castor wheels, made in England. However, lots of unnecessary plastic packaging used and we had problems with the DX courier delivering to the wrong address. The package was not large and could have easily gone with ParcelForce or DHL for a more reliable service.
