We are however sorry that our carrier failed to deliver to your expectations. Unfortunately when the goods leave our premises, we rely on third parties to ensure our valued customer service is maintained. On this occasion, that seems to have not happened so we can only apologise. We take all feedback very seriously and will be sure to take this up with the carrier to mitigate any issues in the future. “I only bought a few washers. The inner diameter was slightly too large and I was immediately sent a new set without question. I was also told to keep the original dispatch. FIRST CLASS customer service.”
