“all very good (quality of sac barrow is brill) but dielivery updates appear to be pot luck and it would be fair to say I have no luck because I got no updates be it by hour by day or by week. So there you have it”

“All round a positive experience dealing with sales team, however, the website doesn't show the filter drag bars for diameter or load capacity on castors. When attempting to log in, an error message is shown to complete a reCAPTCHA, this never shows up, so I cant log in to check status.”

“The product I bought (two roller bearings 45 x 32 x 2.54) were all within engineering tolerances when a micrometer was applied to them. I thought that the price for the items I bought, was a fair price. However, the postage was more than the value of the items I purchased which was disappointing. Overall my experience with BIL has been a good one. Everything arrived on time, and everything was as advertised. Would I use BIL again? Yes I probably would, but next time I would order in a bit more quantity, to better the ratio of the postage charges.”

“The order was processed very promptly and the product description and drawings gave me confidence that the reducers would fit our parish council small trailer Much better having metal reducers than the standard plastic ones that snapped under load Highly recommended, thanks”

“I had difficulties making an online payment. that was solved by an extremely knowledgeable young man on the website helpline. The product is excellent and reasonably priced. Sadly the shipping costs soured my experience, I'm not that happy with the way suppliers cut the product price but add in the difference later in the shipping costs. Really scammy my friends spoilt it for me!”
