“I purchased a Alu cart from BIL group. When i purchased it they said there would be a week or so delay due to supply issues. I accpeted this, they said they'd let me know when it was ready. I waited they did not inform me of when it was to be delivered. It finally arrived 6 weeks after i had purchased it. Nothing from BIL group about anything. never heard from them once they had accepted the order.”

“First order was slow delivery at 4days for 6.99 delivery charge in my opinion, but second order was next day which is what would expect. Good company products good quality will purchase from again.”
