“The wheels were as advertised and were well packed. I was disappointed that I had to pay a premium for tardy delivery to my location. I appreciate that some carriers are a lot more expensive for remote locations but postal service/parcel force charge no extra and are quick. I pointed this out with my order”

Hi there, firstly apologies about the issue on this delivery. After speaking with you, we understand that the carrier has made an error with the delivery and POD. Hopefully the original shipment still turns up but as discussed, a replacement order has been sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Many thanks and apologies again.
