“Delivery was stated next working day, however it took 3 days and several calls. The calls were not answered and no message facility and no live chat working.Gave them 24hrs to respond to my email or I would request refund from paypal, this appeared to spur delivery. Product was fine.”

“I am happy with my dressing table for the money paid. It's not the best constructed piece of furniture eg the lid has been affixed wonkily which means it catches slightly on another part of the table. This is a minor inconvenience to me personally and I'm happy with the product overall. There was a delay in delivery which I wasn't informed about which was very frustrating, the customer service staff sent a generic reply regarding this rather than a specific answer to my query which was disappointing.”
