“Ordered sideboard very pleased fits perfectly in my kitchen as I need extra space. Very good price, fairly easy to assemble. Pleased there was a shelf inside as it wasn't advertised with one. Will shop with Big Furniture Warehouse again”

“Disappointed, I was given 2-3 workin days my order would arrive, I received the boxes for unit but no unit yet n it’s been 8 days, I emailed Sunday to be told you were lookin into it but as yet iv not got a reply 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️😡😡”

“The delivery was faultless. I love the item it looks really smart for the cost. The only slight disappointment was that this set is advertised as real wood on the table and chair tops. It isn't real wood it is mdf with a wood effect on top. I'm still happy with the product as it looks the part, but the description is a bit misleading. Happy overall though! (Spray painting done separately!)”

“The item arrived with red paint on it which wasn't stated in the description. On complaining we were told to enlarge the photos on the site and we would have seen it!! Offered a refund but because of the size of the packages and the fact we had destroyed the cardboard boxes it wasn't an easy option. Doesn't look like it will last long so not worth the money. Not welded together in places.”
