“Would never buy from you again, over the trouble I’ve had from you over my sideboard that was 2different colours,, your customer service is appalling, you don’t deserve to have a business the way you treat your customers, it’s me that’s long king at it and it is 2different colours, I will slam you down and put it all over social media to tell customers not to buy from you”

“Poor quality product (cube storage), was not very strong when built and had a few chips in the wood. They did offer to replace the chipped parts but I knew it wouldn’t withstand being taken apart and put together so I’ve just left it. Should of returned it straight away before being built.”

I had no problem contacting Customer Service & Megan was extremely helpful through the process of getting it collected. “I bought two sofas and a table, appears to be of good quality however the sofa had two small damages caused either by the delivery guys or when kept in the warehouse, also the table appears to have some red cement coming out of it even after cleaning it the hundredth time perhaps due to how it was kept in the warehouse.”

“The item arrived well packaged but on removal the item was damaged. This was not done in transit and would have been obvious on packing. Sending out faulty products is not good for customer relations. Communication after was fair and a return was arranged to fit in with my day off from work. No replacement item was available.”

We have a QC team overseas checking items in production and we shall check your order details and feed this back to the QC team. Once again apologies for any inconvenience caused.
