“I have only only had problems with this company from start to finish, so please avoid. First I ordered my item and the wrong item was delivered, then a swap was arranged and the courier supposedly damaged the item so I never got it, now they don't have my item. They offered me a 15% discount for this which I accepted, to forget the whole sorry saga, and now one of the drawer fixings is missing I find. Whilst I did get replies eventually they were each from a different person and it took me weeks to get to even talk with someone. (I worked from home in the pandemic but can still speak with customers on the phone). During this time I waited in on several occasions for a non existent courier and experienced exceptionally poor communication. A shocking experience, so save yourself the stress.”
