“I really love the shoe cabinet I purchased. Is exactly what I was looking for, and instructions made it really easy to put together. One of the pieces got damaged in building, and customer services were fantastic and sent out a replacement part immediately. Can't fault at all. Thank you!”

“Absolute joke of a company who will not be doing anything about it anytime soon and do not take any responsibility. They lie about when you’ll get your order, their return policy is shocking whereby you have to arrange a courier yourself and pay for it and then once at the warehouse they will decide if they will refund you. The courier from the service they use was so rude that he used the ‘f’ word. Their customer service staff try to argue with you rather than accept liability and other responses to reviews below clearly show that whether they are arguing with you on the phone or responding to an email they have dire customer service skills. Not to mention, you’ll be lucky to get a reply if you email them and then they’ll conveniently tell you they didn’t receive it! When you ask them about making a complaint they’ll tell you that it’ll come through to them and they will deal with it!!! How very reassuring that after all that it’s like a 360 circle. Ironically, they will even ask for your email address to apparently check authenticity of your review! It’s more to do with them trying to check your order to see where they can blame the customer again. Not to mention they do not give you any alternative boxes to use for the other questions and expect you to pick an answer that you don’t want, hence, I have left out answering some questions. Stick to the real organisations where you get treated as a valid customer and don’t waste your time with this horrendous place as it’s not worth the headache. I will never be ordering from this place again nor will I ever recommend them.”

“I ordered 3 large furniture items last Friday which said that next working day delivery would be today, Tuesday. I’ve had no update regarding delivery, no response to my 2 emails to both sales and customer service and currently sitting in waiting on a delivery that I’m not even sure is coming today. A little bit of communication would go a long way. I can’t sit in every day this week on the off chance my furniture arrives. Please could you let me know a day for delivery? Ideally with some delivery tracking.”

“Staff have no customer service skills. I was give the wrong information by one staff nemeber as to when my delivery would arrive . Misrepresentation online staying next day delivery of you order before midday. I received my items 3 days later. After calling and chasing it up for 3 days. When I questioned why the staff member told me the delivery would be here by 2.30 I was told I was lying !!! Disgraceful . The cotbed is not great quality either ! Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!”

I apologize for the delivery delay - The goods should have arrived on the 26th however arrived 24 hours late on the 27th of Feb. Having checked the tracking, it does show that the goods were due to arrive between approximately 2:17pm to 4:17pm - I apologize if you was mis-advised in anyway or if the information was possibly misconstrued when provided to you. We was not aware that you had issues with the quality of the cot bed and will now reach out to you to try and assist in anyway that we can. “quality of item is terrible. pieces had chipped edges, missing paint, holes drilled too close to edge so just split when used, shelve pieces are too small for the space so are very loose. Delivery was fast. Instructions for assembly were ok.”
