“The installer was great and we've just started using the machine. So far it does everything we want. The bin will be clear of hundreds of water bottles. Love this machine! Would recommend.”

“When my Bibo misbehaved Bianca put me on the right track to get everything back to normal. Lorraine and Mim were also extremely helpful, couldn't have wished for better service. And my new orange sides are in one word WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Our Bibo has always been excellent, we had a scaling problem, contacted service and was given instructions what to do. Now are Bibo is back to normal. Great product and excellent service. Would recommend this product to anyone.”

“The convenience of the Classic is so good, cup of or a pot of tea in a few seconds is so good or cold filtered water is so much better than water straight from the tap. We are just 5 days into our ownership and are very happy with our Bibo”

“I recently had a scale problem with my BIBO classic and had to send for some descaler , back to the kettle for 2 days, oh! boy. now I know what it is like to be without it. Never again, it was like losing my best friend.”
