“Buying a BIBO was one of my better decisions, have had ours for two years now with no problems. No messing about filling kettles and waiting for them to boil, no filling water bottles and changing filters and finding room in the fridge. This is one family that would not be without their BIBO.”

“Love, love, love my BIBO and bore many people telling them how great it is. Not only does it provide delicious hot and cold water, it is so easy to maintain. Clearly much thought has gone into the design of the machine - if only more products were so well thought out!”

“We love our Bibo and wouldn't want to live without one. It started leaking hot water a few weeks ago (at a weekend) but I called and left a message which was returned first thing on the following Monday morning. The fault was instantly diagnosed over the phone and the parts I needed were immediately shipped to me. I was back up and running on Tuesday! Great product and great service. Yes, it could be considered expensive - but it's an expense we can live with!”

“I am really enjoying having a Bibo at home. As a family we are drinking a lot more water than we did before because it tastes much better (in tea and plain!). We use Bibo for cooking water too and have seen a real improvement in the taste. I thought about buying a Bibo for over a year before I took the plunge and I am really happy I did, I feel very luck to have delicious drinking water, at whatever temperature, whenever I need it.”

“This is the second water machine we have purchased from BIBO. The service was once again excellent and super efficient and the product we love already and that hasn't changed. If I had the need for one I would have one at home. Anyone who is at home a lot or with a medium sized family or who just wants instant access to chilled water and instant hot water should get one. This is a gadget that actually helps in life and will pay for itself quite quickly against the cost of boiling a kettle each time and so businesses should definitely buy one.
