Bibo purifier is wonderful, we r really enjoying it. As of now, it's showing a notice to change the filters and clean the hot tank. It's very helpful thing as it shows it automatically. We paid and requested for filters n cleaning kits, hope we get them soon to enjoy the filter further.

Simple transaction, online messaging function was useful to remove an item from an order before being dispatched. The fitting kit does seem expensive for the items it contains. especially as I only required one part, none the less it was of good quality.

Bibowater installed pipework leaking in cupboards 2 hours after installation, had to turn off main water supply to prevent further water damage to kitchen cupboards as the leak was coming from the joint bibo installed. phoned company told they will get back to me shortly, waited hour no reply phoned again 17.15 company closed (website says 17.30), diverted to an out of hours line, who can only record the issue and arrange a call back 3 days later.... yes they expected me and the family to go three days without washing, flushing toilet, drinking water, tea, etc. Aftersales and warranty service (no existant), that's all I had was "we can't do anything except get someone to contact u in three days", again that's three days without water in the house. Totally unacceptable. As this is an experienced example of their aftersales and warranty service, moving forward I have NO confidence in thier intention or ability in honouring thier aftersales or warranty commitment. Therefore it saddens me to write this review and to inform bibo that I will be returning the product. Coupled to this I now have to call out a plumber to repair the leakage bibo created. Update.. (13th February 2023)) Following the weekend and after several calls between myself and Bibo, they agreed that the level of service i recieved was not up to thier usual standard and to reimburse the cost of the plumber I employed to correct the issue, and after discussing the issue have revised thier instalation procedure. As identified previously I am more than happy with the product (Even after 5 weeks of use), the initial installation issues were resolved on the Monday after installation. I was /am still disappointed with thier initial response, but this appears to have been a cumulation of several things coming together at the same time, which is unlikely to repeat itself. Therefore I am now happy to recommend BIBO product and service's.

In general an excellent product. The exception is that it is not very energy efficient. If you want a glass of cold water you then proceed to heat the hot water for the next hour (minimum). There is no way to switch the unit back into sleep mode.

Easy to use and doesn’t make a lot of mess. The different settings are useful as we all like a different amount of fizz in our water.

The sparkling water is excellent and the device ea. Better communication neededsy to use. However, the process for returning cylinders and receiving a refund of the deposit took 3 phone calls to clarify and I still have to wait for my credit card statement to see if the returned cylinders have arrived and my refund credited

Really pleased with the machine, hot water and chilled water on demand is great. Couple of improvements I would make though. I would like to see a visual countdown or 1,2,3 presses depending on cup size when using the cup button. Not all of our cups are the same size and don't want to keep changing the setting for cup size. Also the drip tray. I think it would be better with a sliding height adjust function rather than on or off for larger cups/glasses. Otherwise cannot fault the bibo water dispenser

Carbonated water without plastic bottle waste using less processes / transportation- gotta be a good thing. Costs a shade more- but buying gas canisters is speedy and efficient. BIBO customer service is very efficient.

Could not be without my Bibo, instant hot water for coffee and tea, and nice cool water on tap. Saving money by not wastefully boiling water, and cold water filtered and UV treated for a great taste compared with tap water.

Love it BUT- Great hot and cold on demand. We rent ours. Had an issue spitting out hot water and tray leaked(hole) all over side daily. Service was good came out promptly to have look saying was 'normal' but first 6 months was no issue now tray filling up every day. Not sure now wether to keep after a year. Great idea but not if faulty.

This is my 2nd machine and I am very happy with it. Recently I was given tap water somewhere and couldn't believe how it tasted compared to the water quality from my BIBO

Machine is good, does exactly what it should. It was faulty upon installation but the installers repaired before leaving. Few issues with getting it installed but not Bibo's fault as they use outside engineers. Happy with Bobo company so far

So far so good. Early days yet. Easy to get install, and seems to work well so far. The instruction manual, however, could be improved by utilising a larger and darker typeface.

Having had the system for six months I am quite happy with it. However, if you maintain the machine as per the manual it is surprisingly expensive so unless you use a lot of drinking water it may work out more expensive than buying bottled water. Ah you say but it’s saving all that plastic. Is it? Just think about the environmental aspects of manufacturing the unit and the replacement of quite large and substantial plastic filters. So it’s my opinion that the economic and environmental cases are a bit shaky. However, having said all of that, the convenience of hot and cold quality water available as required is a luxury not to be sneezed at. Whether Bibo is the best offering in it’s class I do not know. But the machine seems to be well made, and so far the service is very good, so I’m hoping it will pay off in terms of longevity.

The reason for not giving 5 stars is that the hot water supply did not last long enough to fill a medium size teapot.

Hi Peter, thanks for your teapot. The BIBO hot tank is 1.25litres so you will be able to get this much drawn off in one go at the top temperature! :)
