The hot water element is fantastic but I have to say the cold water doesn’t taste like bottled water you can still taste the chemicals in the water so that side I’m not overly impressed with.

Many thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you are not yet entirely satisfied with the cold water function. Any taste complaints should disappear within 2-3 weeks of use, once all of the internal components have become saturated. If you continue to experience an issue with the cold water taste, please do contact us directly and we will be happy to help you with this.

I ordered a pack of filter in January , it was wrongly sent to my old address . I asked for customer service 's help on this but I didn't receive any response from them.

I can see that our Customer Service Team received an email advising that you would come back to us if there were any problems with locating your order at your previous address. As they did not hear back from you it was assumed that all was well, however, if you did not receive your order please do let us know so that we can look into this right away for you!

I'm on my second Bibo. We've loved the convenience. However after only 3 years, it is running so slowly, it is no longer a convenience. We've spent a lot of money on cleaning kits and filters etc. however , I fear our Bibo is going to quit on us, leaving us with a stock of very expensive filters etc.

Great not to be consuming so much single use plastic nor to be carry heavy bottles from the supermarket. Device easy to use, but fitting gas canisters is fiddly and your hands get scraped on the edges of the plastic cover. You need to be strong to screw up tightly enough to seal properly. Administration set up is poor - you always have to input address and other personal details, no facility to recall these and yet Bibo you had clearly saved my email so that you could request a review.

We have a couple of gripes, the hot water could do with being hotter, it's definitely not kettle hot and the cold water has a funny taste, this could be down to newness? Any advice would be good 👍

I returned it as I didn't see any difference in the water quality compared to my old filter. The only benefit is to have easy access to cold and hot water. However, I'm not too fond of the fact that the same water was boiled more than once. I really feel the quality and taste of water decreases if it's constantly heated. That's why I returned the filter and ordered a regular electric kettle with temperature control instead.

I still haven’t been contacted to get this installed. I’ve paid over £100 out over a week ago and not heard anything regarding installation.

A great product, but at a price. The convenience is amazing, both hot drinks and cold and the taste is great. The replacement filters and bulb are expected, it's the descaling and speed of water dispensing over time that disappoint and lose some stars. We were probably an early adopter, at the point of buying we were told the product didn't need de-scaling but a year or so later they changed their mind. We've been through a new tank and a lot of very expensive de-scaler since.

I have had my Bibo for a few days now the instant boiling water is great, my cup of tea in the morning takes seconds. The cold water I have set to 4 degrees but doesn’t really feel that cold, not sure if it’s a fault but if an engineer attends and it isn’t I will be charged £78… So to sum up the boiling water is great but the cold isn’t much colder than the tap.

I have had the BIbo (rented) for 2 months , Not working ! Advised to replace fuse ! Advised it could be 5 days before engineer comes out 1 concerned it’s only been in use for 2 months 2 Having to purchase a kettle 3 I will await a call re service time 4 customer services as always were pleasant A very concerned customer I was informed engineer would visit 31/8/21 , didn’t come, no call ,no apology, eventually got through and was told , admin error we will be there on Friday Not good enough but my monthly payment paid for a machine that worked for a few weeks and very poor service

Ordered new bottles for BIBO fizz machine in July. Still waiting for them . Now been told hope to get them and of August. Should not say in stock when they have not got them.

Can not fault the concept and the unit delivers filtered hot or cold water as described. In hard water areas you do need to clean every 6 months, so running costs mount up. Dropped 2 stars since the unit developed 2 leaks in 2 years. On both occasions, I managed to strip down myself and fix, but internal build quality is so-so.

Hi, we love the BIBO fizz system. The only issue we have had is that so far we've been unable to return our empty gas cylinder as the post office refused to take it....

Thanks for your feedback, Rachel! So pleased you love your BIBO Fizz! Super sorry to hear your post office wouldn't accept the empty Co2 - there is no reason for them not to, as it's empty! I am aware you said you would be trying again but if this doesn't work, just let us know and we can arrrange a courier collection instead!

Took out contract with Bibo on the understanding that Engineers would come out to service the machine. So was somewhat surprised when I received a service kit through the post. Regardless, I forged ahead & with the aid of some YouTube vids attempted to replace the water filter - how difficult could it be? Apparently, with my machine, extremely! I spent the best part of Saturday afternoon taking out & re-inserting the damn thing every which way. All for nothing since the water dispenser was not having any of it & kept insisting there was not a filter inserted. Since this happened on the Saturday of a Bank Holiday, I was unable to use the machine for several days. On the Tuesday I called them up first thing, only to have a receptionist try to tell me that the problem was I hadn’t inserted it correctly - seriously??!!! On requesting a call out from an Engineer, I was then informed - to add insult to injury - that if the fault was found to be user error, I would be charged! I am also currently waiting for a call back to let me know how much longer I will have to wait for an Engineer to visit me, in spite of the fact I literally live in the locality of the business. All in all, although I love my machine, am not impressed by the customer service!

We do have a more comprehensive contract where we do look after the maintenance and servicing for you. If you want to move onto this plan do just let us know and we can get this sorted for you. We have a few tips and tricks our super experienced customer service team can help with over the phone if you are struggling to get your BIBO filter inserted, however, I can see you called in first thing this morning and our engineer is visiting you tomorrow to help you get this resolved. :)

Hi, Still enjoying the bibo but this has started leaking as need the hot water filter. This will now be the second purchased as the Allen key adapter in the last cartridge was faulty and broke on first use. Have ordered one but being told need to wait until March despite unit leaking.
