“Installation engineer arrived bang on time, very polite and very, very considerate, pitching the install at my disabled wife's level which I and my wife found excellent. Explained every step of the install in detail to ensure we understood. Everything was cleaned, left tidy, rubbish taken away, what more can I say. Demonstration was outstanding, again to make sure my wife understood. Overall, brilliant service and will most definitely recommend.”

“I have a BIBO Classic in the office and loved it so much I got one for my home too. Not only do my staff enjoy the Bibo but now my kids are drinking more water. The unit was installed easily and the engineer configured the time and other settings to suit our home movements. Thanks Bibo Team, great job again! Greg Kirwan - Thame”

“Buying a BIBO was the best thing we have done in a long time. We live in a very hard water area that tastes foul to drink. Buying & storing bottled water is a pain, plus the expense. BIBO has stopped all that and comes with hot water as a bonus. The taste of hot drinks has changed completely. As a real coffee drinkers, we realised that we had never tasted the true flavour. Could go on & on about the why BIBO changes your life - buy one & see!!”

“Very user-friendly device; worked straight out of the box (post a quick engineer's 30 minute installation and demonstration. One energy-saving suggestion: there doesn't seem to be an option to turn off water heating on a temporary basis (when chilled water only is required). I would suggest Bibo Water add this feature as hot water is not always required (e.g. summer daytimes).”

Hi Douglas, thanks for the lovely feedback! The hot tank actually has a seperate on/off switch on the back of the machine. If you flick this to the off position it will turn the hot tank off so you can just use your BIBO for chilled water on our lovely British summer days!

“I have had my BIBO for nearly 3 years and can honestly say its the best item Ive ever purchased for the home. It is fantastic to come home and just press a button for instant boiling or chilled distilled water. No kettles to fill no chilling items on the fridge. It goes to sleep at night and wakes in the morning. It even tells me when to change the filters. I would recommend this fabulous product to anyone and the service from the company is excellent. I would never be without one!”

“Had my BIBO for quite a while now. It's so convenient and filters all my water (this is why I purchased it as South staffs water is very hard) I signed up for the filter deal and they are so easy to replace. If i had one negative comment it would be that they could have placed a stop switch on the top of the unit (perhaps a full width bar just above the main panel) as sometimes I miss pressing to switch the unit flow off, good job it's got a drip tray.”

“An excellent addition to our kitchen. It saves having to use a kettle which can be heavy to use, and it ideal to have a constant source of hot water, The cold water is of very good quality. The service provided by the company is very good and they are very helpful. Delivery of a recent order for cleaning fluid was very quick indeed.”

“I love the product and the lovely filtered water it produces. The only problem I've had is when I tried to buy replacement filters, I tried a couple of times to subscribe yearly and have them delivered automatically but it didn't work for some reason! Do I've had to just buy them when I need them.”
