“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If we could give BIBO six stars, we would. It’s rare that you buy something with high expectations and discover that the reality is actually better. That has been our experience with BIBO. The unit itself is absolutely outstanding. Beautifully designed, incredibly convenient, simple to use and genuinely one of those purchases where, within days, you’re wondering how you ever lived without it. It has completely exceeded our expectations. And then there was Jason Willis. What an incredible ambassador for this company. Jason wasn’t just friendly, knowledgeable, professional and respectful — he was exceptional. From the moment he arrived, nothing was too much trouble. He knew the BIBO inside out, explained everything clearly, took enormous pride in what he was doing and treated our home with absolute respect. There are people who simply do their job well. And then there are people who make you think, “Someone at this company needs to know how good this person is.” Jason is absolutely the latter. In fact, we were so impressed by him that we contacted BIBO separately because a public review didn’t feel enough. We wanted the company to know what an outstanding person they have representing their brand in customers’ homes. The whole experience has left us seriously impressed with BIBO. Fantastic product. Fantastic company. And in Jason, an absolutely outstanding member of staff. One of the easiest five-star reviews we’ve ever given. BIBO — you’ve absolutely nailed it.”

“We've just upgraded from the Bibo Classic, the Nova is a great bit of kit and the presets are a nice touch. The customer service is 1st class and I would highly recommend this product and Bibo as a company 🙂”

“Our Bibo has been a trusty kitchen sidekick for years! We couldn’t live without the cold water (tap water just doesn’t cut it any more) and boiling water for tea and cooking. The team are super helpful and changing filters etc is really straightforward. An essential for a busy home ❤️”

“Have Bibo on rental always one step ahead when it comes to servicing and replacing filters. The engineer Sam is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Good bit of kit and has never let us down.”

“Since I got BIBO NOVA, it has become a unique device for me, making it easier to fill with cold water with a display. The display is an excellent screen that shows the water level during filling. It is possible to use the Green Tea function to obtain the ideal temperature of 70 degrees. Fantastic appearance and richly equipped. Very easy to use. I recommend it!”

“Absolutely revolutionised our lives at home, we love our BIBO Nova. I can highly recommend this machine for all, especially for us as a family! As a mum of 3 and always needing to fill baby bottles, it is amazing that I can save the exact temperature and amount of water on our new Nova machine, which makes our lives a million times easier. “The Bibo Nova is a great product, really easy to use and a reliable source of thoroughly filtered hot and cold water that can be delivered at different temperatures to suit your needs. Ours was installed by Sam who, despite it being quite late in the day and his last call, gave us a full intro to the unit and what it does, happily answered questions and fitted it exactly where we asked him to place it with great care and as minimal disruption as possible. Thanks Sam and thanks Bibo!”

“Had my new Bibo Nova installed yesterday on 17th sep .Wow, very impressed ,amazing high tech machine, even better then expected, love the motion sensor and presets!👏 😀 Also purchased the sparkling water machine which the kids love and ordered a separate flouride filter also. Presets and screen are amazing and water tastes great. No more buying litres of bottled water ! If you're hesitating about buying it, don't, so impressed with it!”

“We had a service call on 30th July done by engineer Sam. He arrived on time, introduced himself, & quickly identified the fault. He quickly corrected it then spent some time doing maintenene on our Bibo We have been customers since 2012 & this was the first call out since our second Bibo was fitted inDecember 2019. Excellent service as always. Many thanks, too, go to Rosie in the office.”

“Our family using Bibo from couple of years. It was one of the best investments. No more plastic bottles and don't need to use kettle any more. Bibo works fantastic for us. Kids started drink more water. Bibo water dispenser is very well build. Looks very modern and working great! Serwis is very professional and quick. In comparison to the other water dispenser well know on the market I can say with no doubts Bibo is ultimately a winner!”

“I have had a BIBO classic for 15 years. It is a purchased macine and I suscribe to the filter/uv lamp service and change these myself when asked for by the machine. It has been brilliant hot water, cold water, both temperatures adjustable to your own preferences. The installation was hassle free. A minor problem was corrected under warranty. Another fault I repaired with parts and support provided by BIBO. A few years ago it went bact to BIBO for a factory refurbishment. When I moved house I took it out and plumbed it in at my new address. Cannot live without it. :)”
