No problems with the machine does what it says , but trying to get hold of Bibo customer service is impossible. We've left messages, web contact us email, voicemail and still no response.

The Bibo Nova is a great product, really easy to use and a reliable source of thoroughly filtered hot and cold water that can be delivered at different temperatures to suit your needs. Ours was installed by Sam who, despite it being quite late in the day and his last call, gave us a full intro to the unit and what it does, happily answered questions and fitted it exactly where we asked him to place it with great care and as minimal disruption as possible. Thanks Sam and thanks Bibo!

Had my new Bibo Nova installed yesterday on 17th sep .Wow, very impressed ,amazing high tech machine, even better then expected, love the motion sensor and presets!👏 😀 Also purchased the sparkling water machine which the kids love and ordered a separate flouride filter also. Presets and screen are amazing and water tastes great. No more buying litres of bottled water ! If you're hesitating about buying it, don't, so impressed with it!

I ordered the BIBO Nova on 29th August and was initially pleased when they honoured a 5% discount after a miscommunication regarding a competitor's offer — credit where it’s due. However, things quickly went downhill. There was no follow-up on my order, no updates about delivery, and no information available on their website about this new product. I had several questions which went unanswered for days. After waiting over a week, I noticed the promised discount still hadn’t been applied, and there was complete silence from their side. This lack of communication made me lose confidence in their aftercare service. If it’s this hard to get a reply before delivery, I worry how long any support or issue resolution would take after receiving the product. As a result, I cancelled my order. Even then, I was told to cancel my PayPal dispute rather than them just issuing a refund — which would have been the easiest step to take. I'm now stuck waiting for PayPal to resolve it, because I'm still not refunded. I understand they may be a small team, but this was just very poor customer service all around. Responses were incredibly slow, and the experience doesn’t match the glowing reviews I’d seen beforehand. For a £739.99 purchase, this level of service is unacceptable. Buyers beware — my experience was frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend ordering unless you're prepared for delays, lack of support, and poor communication.

We had a service call on 30th July done by engineer Sam. He arrived on time, introduced himself, & quickly identified the fault. He quickly corrected it then spent some time doing maintenene on our Bibo We have been customers since 2012 & this was the first call out since our second Bibo was fitted inDecember 2019. Excellent service as always. Many thanks, too, go to Rosie in the office.

Our family using Bibo from couple of years. It was one of the best investments. No more plastic bottles and don't need to use kettle any more. Bibo works fantastic for us. Kids started drink more water. Bibo water dispenser is very well build. Looks very modern and working great! Serwis is very professional and quick. In comparison to the other water dispenser well know on the market I can say with no doubts Bibo is ultimately a winner!

I have had my bibo since 2020 been a very reliable cold water dispenser and hot water dispenser, I use my bibo for many times per day from hot drinks and cooking, I cannot wait to get the new bibo nova, and carry on with my bibo journey.

What a faf getting the filter pack turned out, setting up direct debit waiting and wondering when the day was going to be.So much simpler using Paypal and secure and you get your product sooner

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you feel the ordering process for the Filter Subscription Service was not as straight forward as it could have been. As you have signed up to the annual subscription service, a direct debit must be in place to enable the annual payments to be taken, so that we can dispatch your maintenance items to you when required. When the direct debit payment is submitted, it does take a few days to process. I'm sorry if this was not made clear at the time of ordering. I can see that your order was delivered to you on the 28th February 😊

I have had a BIBO classic for 15 years. It is a purchased macine and I suscribe to the filter/uv lamp service and change these myself when asked for by the machine. It has been brilliant hot water, cold water, both temperatures adjustable to your own preferences. The installation was hassle free. A minor problem was corrected under warranty. Another fault I repaired with parts and support provided by BIBO. A few years ago it went bact to BIBO for a factory refurbishment. When I moved house I took it out and plumbed it in at my new address. Cannot live without it. :)

Having chosen a "Bibo" as our equipment choice to have filtered, boiled(virtually) and chilled water on tap I just want to say it has been a game changer in our kitchen! it has so quickly become such a well used and easy to operate piece of equipment with no more filling of and waiting for a kettle to boil, not just for the convenience of immediate hot water but also for the increasing discomfort of handling the kettle(we're not as young as we used to be!). The customer service from Poppy and Millie was also exceptional when answering queries on the phone, but also responding to a last minute change of colour just before the original order was due to be dispatched. Just an excellent experience and we can't imagine the kitchen without our Bibo now!

Superb customer service - thanks Kayleigh (order handling & booking) and Sam (installation). Product itself seems great, does what it says it will and looks smart in our kitchen. We’re very pleased. As a suggestion, a down-light would be good in the dispensing area, making it easier to see the level in the glass/ mug. Thanks to the whole Bibo team!
