Amazing! We love our Bibo so much, the process has been such a wonderful experience, multiple calls to dicuss the delivery date (got to choose this myself) installation and engineer visit. Amazing customer service, our engineer was brilliant, we have a slightly awkward kitchen setup, but he took his time, thought it through and managed to install it with just one hole drilled. Very happy as I was expecting lots of work to be needed to install it. Would highly recommend, from start to finish we have been treated amazingly. Thank you!

Very easy to order replacement cartridges for Bibo Sparkling Water machine. Refund for return cartridges is processed very efficiently.

Great machine, does exactly the job I want it to do i.e. instant hot water (without boiling a kettle all the time) and filtetred cold water.

Great sales team, topped with a great engineer, whole process was smooth, highly recomended. Definitely a better product than alternative such as Virgin pure, which I had for couple of years. BIBO classic is definitely more robust, faster boil time and good quality parts.

I have only had by Bibo for a week but what a difference in the taste of the water. No way would I drink water from the tap again. No more filling kettles to boil water. Instant hot water and instant cold water. What more could you want! I just love it. A bit expensive but well worth it

Disappointed with the service provided. Ordered UV lamp and Filters on 16th Sept did not receive until 26 Sept. Room for improvement I would suggest. David Godin.

Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry that you are disappointed with the recent service provided. It looks like you had set up the annual filter pack delivery service subscription, which is paid via direct debit. When this is first set up, the direct debit does just take a few days to be created by the bank, and then the first payment submitted. Regrettably, we are unable to dispatch goods until the payment has cleared, which is why there was a slight delay on this occasion between you placing your order and you receiving delivery.

I have had BIBO since 2020, when I realised that, during the pandemic, we were often leaving the house just because we were out of water, so we decided to opt for this and also stop wasting so many plastic bottles.. And we have never had an issue since. The convenience of having water at home is great, and the cost is just the same, if not less as if we were to buy bottled water. People below mention customer service issues, I can't fault them. I had to contact them twice so far: one time we had an error due to a faulty UV lamp that stopped working, I emailed them and within a couple of days of we received a new one - for free. We are now having issues cleaning the hot tank as we lost the allen key to open it, within hours of our enquiry via email they replied stating they'll be posting one to us. Great service and I couldn't imagine going back to buying bottled water.. Thank you BIBO + team 🥰

Both the hot and cold water had a strange chemical smell/taste following installation. During a phone call to a member of the team I was advised to run off 10 litres to rid the smell/taste which was caused by the new components. The next day we still had the same issue and during a second phone call to the same team member I was advised that this could take up to 2 weeks to resolve. This was not mentioned previously or by the person who installed the machine
