Our filter pack delivery service is £79.50/year for a full years supply of filters, not just one. :) If you have found that your filter has caused an issue with your machine then we will always send out a replacement filter to you free of charge. "This is a review about process more than use of machine as only installed today. To my surprise they have fitted flush without any holes or wires and pipes showing. Engineer explained how to use machine and was done within the hour.
Initial thoughts water tastes really good and has approval from kids. Machine looks good in kitchen and not too large although we would of preferred to be slightly smaller."

"We have had our BIBO for nearly two years and we have forgotten we had a kettle. The service has always been good and if you have a problem just ring them; problem solved. Hot and chilled water are ready in an instant, so teas, coffees or just a cool refreshing drink are always available at the touch of a button. The only issue we do have is with the hot tank cleaning and the replacement of the filter. It is common with our BIBO to dispense hot water for teas with a froth. Doesn't cause us a problem but it does take about a dozen hot drinks to clear. When all said and done this was a wise purchase."
