“I have had my bibo classic for allmost five years and it has been one of my most valued purchases. It's great not having scum on my water no taste of chlorine it's great. I have to descale it regularly because I live in a very hard water area.”

“The staff are always very helpful, esp. Mim and Bianca who helped me sort out the part that needed repair on my Bibo. Unlike many other companies they did not insist that a service repair was carried out by them and gave me instructions on how to fit it. In the end it was quite a simple repair and I was pleased to have saved on the repair charge, getting my beloved Bibo up and running within minutes.”

“It works exactly how it should and is great for someone like me that drinks a lot of tea and cold water... The representative that I have dealt with has been amazing, Bianca Delens stayed in touch with me theouout and was so so helpful, I can't thank her enough! A* for everything and our engineer Carl Upton was polite and explained everything in detail and I cannot fault his work, tidy and clean! Thanks guys =)”

“Had to wait for a new cleaning filter and couldn't use my Bibo. Going back to a kettle and drinking ordinary tap water took a bit of getting used to, so was really glad when Bibo was up and running again. Excellent service from the team.”
