“Disappointed with capacity. We seem to fill four cups then the BIBO has to reboil”

Hello, thanks for your comments and I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with the capacity. We tend to say on average (depending on the cup size) you can get 4-6 cups of water out of your BIBO before the temperature will start to drop. This is due to the size of tanks inside the machine, however as it is connected directly to your mains water supply it should only take a short while to get back up to temperature you require.

“It is a great machine and works really well within our organisation as we have quite a few staff within one office. We had had the machine for approximately 4 weeks and we had a problem with it and I made contact with Bibo and an engineer visited us on site and fixed the problem. A very good service. P.S. No longer having to wait for the kettle to boil!!!!”

“From ordering the product to installation there were no problems the demo was explained simple enough to understand. We had a problem initially where i'd pulled out the BIBO to clean behind and accidentally broke the stem flo connection i sourced one online but still had some leakage issues so i decided to contact customer service who simple put one in the post which was received the following day and touch wood to date there has been no more leaks. We did have what seemed to be an intermittent fault where the BIBO was asking us to "Fill the Hot Water Tank" even though this was filled. With this i called the customer services and again they immediately booked an engineer to come out but i cancelled this appt as the fault cleared and has not yet happened again. Overall the product is great it really serves our needs and we have the confidence in the company will be there should any issues arise.”

“Because we moved home we decided to leave our Bibo behind for the new owner and bought a new one. This was dealt with in the most professional manner and the engineer arrived on the day we moved in which was very helpful as we didn't have a kettle with us. The quality of the water and the convenience is second to none.”

“Great piece of equipment - just what we wanted. Had a problem installing (water leak) but was helped by excellent Customer Service. It would be nice if there was a key combination to put it to sleep immediately rather than having to wait an hour for the timer to kick in.”
