“So far so good. It was a good investment and made our life easier in the kitchen. I recommend this Bibo system. It is expensive, yes, but if people have concerns about their water quality and about our planet's future, they should buy it. Top quality!”

“Quality product. Opted to install ourselves and there was a fault but BIBO sent an engineer to install properly at no cost.”

“This is our second BIBO and would never be without one now. Our first was a gift from family who moved to Australia. Didn't realise the difference in filtered water from tap water. Service from the BIBO team has been first class whenever we have needed to contact.”

“The whole office seems to be impressed with both the hot and cold functions of the machine. The cold water tastes much better than just from the tap so the filters are certainly doing their job! Even hot cups of tea are tasting better! The only negative comment I have received is that it's not quite tall enough for some of the water bottles the staff have, even when the spill tray is removed. I intend to overcome this by making a small stand which will raise the unit by 100mm. All in all, we are very impressed with Bibo!”

“This little water machine, is simply perfect for what I would want, in terms of fresh, filtered water DAILY, much more than you’d probably consume if you were buying it from a supermarket, no doubt containing all kinds of metals or other nasties in it (just my opinion) I couldn’t recommend something that much higher than I do this product and I’ve tried many ways to achieve what Bibo gives us. So so impressed and happy to have it in our lives, seriously..!! 🫶🫶🫶”

“Had an issue with a UV light failure warning , spoke to BIBO direct whom advised a part would remedy the issue. Part purchased and supplied as advised , information on removal of side panels to fit the new part were discussed during the call. Spare part fitted and working a great personal service being able to speak to someone directly.”

“Hello there, have had my.bibo for several years now and would not.be without it There is no problem if the bibo needs any repairs .the engineer will.soon fix it. I use.for.cooking a lot and you only heat up what you need”
