Had an issue with a UV light failure warning , spoke to BIBO direct whom advised a part would remedy the issue. Part purchased and supplied as advised , information on removal of side panels to fit the new part were discussed during the call.
Spare part fitted and working a great personal service being able to speak to someone directly.
