“Very pleased with Bibo Fizz which I purchased 18 months ago and use regularly. Excellent phone query service. Very polite, knowledgeable and helpful (a rarity these days!)”

“Absolutely love our Bibo! No more waiting for the kettle or drinking Luke warm tap water. We were spending a fortune on fizzy drinks and bottled water. The rental cost is less than we spent on buying these plus it’s better for the environment. Installation was quick, easy and tidy. Would highly recommend.”

“We love sparkling water and using the Bibo system we can drink it without having to buy in plastic bottles. The return system for the empty cylinders is free and on receipt Bibo credit us with £10. We have been using Bibo for over a year and enjoy the product; and if assistance is needed the staff are really helpful.”

“Love my BIBO. The chilled and filtered cold water has been wonderful during the heatwave. The ‘on tap’ heated water is also fantastic. We wouldn’t be without it now.”

“Excellent service had Virgin pure for years but found them useless when my machine needed repaired in fact still waiting to hear back from them. Told no engineer in Scotland thankfully I found Bibo Water and best thing was it was the same engineer that had originally installed my Virgin pure machine. Bibo Water suits my needs due to medical reasons. Excellent after sales service so BIBO WATER all the way from now on 5× service.”

“Very good. Works as stated. Quick delivery of initial sparkling water maker ket and quick delivery of replacement gas cartridges. Compares fairly with other sparkling water makers on the market and has green credentials.”

“Love my Bibo classic. Water tastes great, instant hot, instant cold. Didn't take long to learn how to customize settings, such as setting the energy saving times , water temperature etc. I had mine fitted, this was very neatly done. Looks good, no more kettle and jug filter, amazing how much neater it looks on worktop. No more spending money on water bottles, because tap water would taste of chlorine. Now the water i pay for tastes great.”

“Fantastic service on the phone from Mim and. the guy who installed the BIBO. He was able to install even though it was a tricky route for him. He got it up and running and showed me all the workings. Great service. Very happy with the BIBO.”
