“To have near instant hot/cold filtered water (a must in our water area) is great - saving a fortune by not buying bottled water for work each day. The ordering system for filters etc is painless and efficient and as a family we are happy that we saw the advert and decided to purchase the system, over a year ago”

“Having instant chilled filtered water has meant that I no longer have to go through the process of filtering the water, bottling it and then putting the bottle in the fridge. Also being able to have a cup of tea or coffee without waitting for a kettle to boil.”

“Mt Bibo started dripping not only from the outlet but alos the pipe at the bottom. Apparently this requires a clean. I ordered a cleaning kit which was originally sent to my home address not my work as requested so I ended up having to collect it from Halfords. I could then not unscrew the stopper in the top of the cleaning cylinder using the key provided. A replacement was sent pre-loosened. After cleaning the leakage is worse if anything so I shall have to try this again as a new tank is not included under the warranty.. As I have the UV light and filters delivered automatically it would be nice if the cleaning solution could be included with this.”

“The installer was great and we've just started using the machine. So far it does everything we want. The bin will be clear of hundreds of water bottles. Love this machine! Would recommend.”

“When my Bibo misbehaved Bianca put me on the right track to get everything back to normal. Lorraine and Mim were also extremely helpful, couldn't have wished for better service. And my new orange sides are in one word WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Our Bibo has always been excellent, we had a scaling problem, contacted service and was given instructions what to do. Now are Bibo is back to normal. Great product and excellent service. Would recommend this product to anyone.”

“The convenience of the Classic is so good, cup of or a pot of tea in a few seconds is so good or cold filtered water is so much better than water straight from the tap. We are just 5 days into our ownership and are very happy with our Bibo”
